Story
Matilda can be hesitant around strangers, but will warm up to them after introductions and some time. She does well with children. She is trained to use a dog door but may have a few accidents in transitioning to being taken outside. She is crate trained, but does not chew up furniture if left out. She will occasionally try to escape a crate, so if using a wire crate, zip tie the edges closed. She will do best in a home with no other dogs (she gets along well with cats) and room to run. Matilda is a cattle dog and will try to herd, she jumps when I come home, but responds well to sit to stop jumping and get attention. Matilda is a resource guarding dog. She will not get along with other dogs and must be an only dog. Matilda is 2 years old and about 36 pounds. She is up to date on all shots, but will require annual shots and heartworm treatment in June/July. She had her 3 month braveco on 4/5. Matilda does not have an adoption fee, but a $50 donation to a local shelter is required.

Story
Charcka's owner lost her housing, so we brought her into our care until someone stepped up for her. But four months have passed, and Charcka is still waiting. Charka is a sweet dog but is extremely sad from being in a kennel for so long. Could you be her hero and give her the home she desperately needs? Charka is good with dogs, lived with cats per old owner, 48lbs, and loves a good game of fetch. Go here to apply https://form.jotform.com/230394066812051

I know some basic commands, walk well on the leash, am food motivated, friendly and sweet natured that will make a great family addition. Whether you like to go on neighborhood strolls, camping or hiking, river excursions to cool off when it gets hot, going to the park or day trips in the car, I'm right there with you, happy as a clam at high tide or in my case... a pupper with a loving family. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Introducing Abby! Abby Little miss Abby is a whole 33lbs, 2 1/2 year old female. With an adorable, petite body. She is the perfect size of heeler. She will be available later on this year, after her heartworm treatment is accomplished. Her personality is much like heeler/cattle dogs, when it comes to a Velcro dog. She wants to be with her people, however she handles being alone well and just sleeps on the couch or her bed. She has had NO signs of nipping people or my personal dogs. She does like to chase the barn cats and we will test her further on. She has mastered going up and down my stairs, especially when it’s feeding time. She is in the process of getting a routine with her crate. She does not just bolt in for food, due to the lack of food motivation. She is a thinker, but will go in crate. She has not had any accidents in my house or crate. She is a sweet/cuddly cattle dog and not an independent, unaffectionate one. Abby tested well with cats and showed some interest in play but No aggressive behavior. Abby must have a secure fence and she likes to explore and run, if given the opportunity.     Little Miss Abby is a whole 33lbs. With an adorable, petite body.  She is the perfect size of Heeler.
