Story
🐾 Meet Belle – The Tiny Miracle with a Big Heart! 🐾 Belle is a sweet, fun, and incredibly smart little pup! She was the tiniest of a litter of 10 and was born with a condition called hydrocephalus. In the beginning, she struggled to thrive, and her mama dog tried to release her. That’s when we got the urgent call for help and Belle’s journey to healing began as she was rushed to the emergency vet and has been a little fighter ever since. 💖 A Joyful Spirit Belle’s condition doesn’t slow her down at all! She lives life to the fullest!! ✨ Plays, cuddles, and adores everyone she meets ✨ Walks wonderfully on a leash ✨ Loves car rides ✨ Knows how to use the doggy door ✨ Eager to earn treats and give sweet puppy kisses Her presence is pure sunshine—happy, joyful, and full of love. 🩺 Her Care Belle’s hydrocephalus is easily managed with a low over-the-counter dose of omeprazole, along with prednisone. She takes her medicine like a champ and continues to thrive. 🏡 Belle is Ready for Her Forever Home Belle has already overcome so much and is proof that miracles come in small packages. She’s ready to bring her joy, kisses, and brave little heart to a forever family who will adore her as much as she adores life. Belle is located in San Antonio, TX, but available for adoption throughout the U.S. and Canada. A video meet and greet is required for any long distance or out of state adoption. Her adoption will include her full medical records to include her CT scan and neurology report from Blue Pearl neurologist.

Story
Get ready to meet Phoebe Bridges, a gorgeous Blue Heeler mix who is ready to be your loyal, adventurous co-pilot! This sweet girl is a high-energy dog who thrives on action and is looking for a devoted, equally active home to join her on all her exciting adventures. Phoebe is a remarkably smart and curious girl. Even though she's still mastering her leash manners (she has a lot of enthusiasm to get moving!), she's already tuned into her person, showing a great understanding of recall and responding well to the occasional "no". She may prefer to keep her four paws moving over taking a treat, but she absolutely loves a cool ice cube reward and is a fan of gentle pets! This lovely lady is seeking a calm, patient home. While she is generally sweet, she can be a little timid around new people. She would thrive in a home that understands her need for slow introductions and personal space, allowing her to feel secure. Due to her interest in small, fast-moving objects (she has a playful curiosity about buzzing bees!), she would do best in a home without cats. When it comes to other dogs, she just needs slow, controlled introductions, though she has shown a fondness for puppies and is great with older kids. Phoebe Bridges is a loyal dog whose heart is ready to commit to a person who loves being active and respects her gentle nature. If you're looking for an intelligent, sweet, and energetic partner for hiking, running, and playing, apply to meet Phoebe today!

Story
Cashy Boy is an approximately 3 year old 55 lb.  tripod.  Having 3 legs has not slowed him down.  He loves nothing more than running—playing fetch and chase me. His favorite toy is a herding ball.  Check out his video.  Due to his looks and love for herding he may be an Australian Cattle dog mix.   A home with acreage or fenced in yard (only needs to be a short fence) where he can play is needed.  Cashy Boy is dog friendly with same size or larger female dogs. No small dogs as he has an exuberant style of playing.  Not sure on male dogs or cats.   Cashy Boy is best suited for a home with older children, no small children.  When you come home he will be the first to greet you trading pets and hugs for kisses.  He would prefer to sleep with you and he makes for a great snuggler but for a treat he will sleep in a kennel. Cashy Boy has recently graduated from the 12 Week Puppies for Parole training program offered through the Mo Department of Corrections.  While in training he was taught basic obedience and socialization skills.  He has learned various commands such as sit, stay, paw, heel, etc … and has acquired his good canine citizen honor.   If you are interested, complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO. Cashy Boy’s adoption fee is $295.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip. We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter. Story
This is Rizzo who has the prettiest blue eyes and is such a great dog. Poor guy was on the euthanasia list because he was getting stressed at the animal control. Once he was brought to his fosters home he has been a dream.   We aren't sure of his breed but we put Cattle dog/terrier mix. He weighs about 50 lbs and is crate trained and housebroke. He has nice indoor manners and would love a fenced in yard. He gets along with the other dogs in his foster home too.    If you are interested, complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO.
