This dog found its way to our house a few months ago, we’ve been trying to find her a good home since, because we currently have chickens outside and a cat inside that she wouldn’t get along with. I would love to find a home for her with someone who either has another small dog or no other pets, before the winter gets too harsh. She is super sweet and she loves to snuggle, and has spent lots of time with another small dog we have. We have had to keep her in an enclosure or in a specific room of the house most of the time we’ve had her as she has tried to run away or go after our chickens.

Right from the start, Foxy does not disappoint! She is one smart gal and knows several commands including "sit, down, shake, come, and stay". She is also house-trained and crate-trained! Foxy is easy to please and loves all sorts of toys including kongs and bones. Foxy is a pup that thrives off of affection and isn't afraid to ask for some love! She enjoys kisses from our volunteers and deserves all the love you can give. Foxy is great on a leash and is ready to follow you wherever you want to go. She also makes a great running buddy! A fenced-in yard for her to explore is a must for her! As she is still a young lady, she will benefit from continued training in her new home. Foster location: Eagle, Michigan Meet Axel! Axel is a super handsome 1.5 year old Cattle Dog mix that is looking for his forever home. He is a very social boy who loves playing with his foster siblings and running with them in the yard, going for walks and meeting new people and then cuddling up on the couch at night with his foster mom. Axel has been attending doggy daycare and loves it! Axel is house and crate trained and walks good on a leash. He is great about chewing on his toys and bones and not getting into things he shouldn’t. Axel would enjoy an active home with another young dog to play with, he has really bonded with his foster siblings and enjoys running and playing with them. Kids make Axel nervous so he is looking for a home without children. Axel is a very sweet and smart boy and catches onto new things quickly, he is young and ready to learn! In order to set him up for success we would recommend his family enroll him in a positive reinforcement training class upon adoption.
