Story
Meet the Big Hunk a sweet treat little treat from the Candy Bar Litter! This adorable pup and four siblings came into the world with a tough start — their brave mama was tragically hit by a car. Thankfully, a kind-hearted Good Samaritan found the babies and made sure they were safe. From there, they made the journey from New Mexico to Utah in search of loving forever homes. Big Hunk may have had a rough start in life but you’d never know it by that happy tail and gentle spirit. He’s full of puppy joy — belly rubs, zoomies, and snuggles are his specialties. Like all young pups, he’s learning the ropes of life, and his wonderful foster family is helping him discover just how amazing people can be. He’s wiggly, sweet, and adores attention — the kind of puppy who melts into your arms and makes every day brighter. While we’re still waiting for her Embark DNA results (thanks to our friends at Ollie Pet Food!), we already know one thing for sure: he is 100% delightful. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion to fill your home with joy, laughter, and puppy kisses, this Big Hunk may be your perfect match. &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 1, 2025, 4:04 pm

Story
I adopted Whiskey in Atlanta, GA in October 2023. I lived there with him until June 2025. Whiskey is a very loyal and cuddly dog. He does well with people he knows, in a calm environment. He requires slow and calm introductions to new people and animals. He did not interact well with my parents' dog at first, but now they run and play together! Whiskey loves to be with his person and to play tug. I am looking to rehome Whiskey because I am currently in Law School and have small nieces that I am around all the time. I do not have the time, capacity, or environment that Whiskey needs to be properly trained. While Whiskey is a genuinely good dog, he can be unpredictable when it comes to what might trigger his anxiety/reactivity. For this reason, he is too much to have around my young nieces. Whiskey would do best in in a home without children because he can be sensitive to grabbing/handling. He requires an owner that is experienced with dogs, specifically in recognizing cues.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi I am Briggs Stratton, nice to meet you! I am a three and a half year old neutered 35lb red heeler mix.   I am such a sweetheart! I am a devoted, loving dog who will be the best companion. It takes me some time to trust my people, but once I do, I give you my heart. I love to cuddle!   I am great in my crate, I am potty trained, have no toy or food aggression, and love other dogs with proper introductions . I would thrive in a home with another dog that I can run and play with every day.   Besides my foster family, my trainer is my favorite person. He has taught me to be less fearful. I am a champ on leash, know the “place” command, and have great recall. I am a very well trained dog,but I would love for my new family to keep up with training. I want to continue being the best dog that I can be. An adult only home or home with older kids would be best for me. I have never met a cat, but because of my breed, I would most likely want a cat free home.   I really am a sweet dog that deserves a forever family. My foster family loves me and wants to find me the perfect home. https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 30, 2025, 4:15 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi there, I’m Jazzper!  I’m a male, 60 pound, 5 year old Aussie Shepherd mix.   I’m going to be honest with you, I need to lose a few pounds.  Want to get a head start on your New Year’s resolution?  I make a great running partner!  We could get in shape together.   I would require, however, to be your only canine training partner.  Humans are fine!  I just don’t like getting too close to other dogs.  My foster mom says that with dedicated training, I may be able to eventually coexist peacefully with other dogs.    My favorite things are running and walking in the neighborhood and playing with my tug in the backyard.  I love learning new tricks.  My favorite is when I balance a treat on my nose and my foster mom tells me to “get it.”  Then I flip it into the air and catch it in my mouth.  Yum!   Great things about me: Best as an only dog in the home Good with dog-savvy cats Great with humans over the age of 12 House trained and kennel trained   My requirements: Daily physical exercise (runs or walks) Daily mental stimulation (I love to play tug in the backyard) Dedication to kennel time Openness to muzzle training   I would like to continue to work with my professional trainer and am looking for a forever person who is dedicated to helping me be the best dog I can be.  I am a super smart dog who needs breed-specific (herding dog) mental stimulation everyday.  We could learn so many new things together.  I know all of this is a lot to ask.  But I really am the sweetest boy.  And after we exercise, we can snuggle on the couch together and watch some TV or read a book.     I’m looking for a patient handler with a consistent schedule.  Could that person be you?  Apply to adopt me at: https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication and we can set up a time to meet.
