Story
Introducing Rosie Posie the sweetpea! We believe Rosie is right at about 5 years old and a Cattle dog mix of some sort. She is approximately 29 pounds. She has the best smile that makes you want to cover her with kisses! Due to her being a rescue, age and breed are our best guess and cannot be guaranteed. But that's the best thing about rescue puppies, you get a mystery prize of a pup! Meet Rosie Here! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bmLCFuxXFYo Rosie lives at home with a wide variety of other dog siblings varying in ages and sizes. Rosie prefers the company of people over pups, she just wants to be by your side especially if you are cuddling her on the couch. She gets along well with other pups and would do well as an only dog or with siblings. One of Rosie's favorite things is stuffed toys especially if it squeaks! Overall I believe that Rosie is going to make a family very happy! Her future is very bright and so is the future of her new family with her by their side! She is learning the beauty of this world and is going to be forever grateful for his forever family! Do you believe that Rosie is who your family is missing? For heartworm-positive dogs, hard costs are upwards of $1,120. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Also, included in the fee are costs to cover transport up to the Pacific Northwest or East Coast. While adoption fees help cover part of these expenses, we want to emphasize that Three Little Pitties Rescue is not government funded. It doesn’t stop there! Story
Meet Bronco! He is currently 5 months old and we think he may be a Cattle dog / Pit mix but with rescue it’s always a guess! This puppy is from a part of the US where puppies are regularly euthanized. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from this rescue, it saves their life AND it also allows us to save the life of another in its place. Watch Bronco's video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pZ_mR7IAi4M Bronco is currently in a loving foster home and loves to play. He has the most adorable big ears. He loves toys and his happy place is next to you getting belly scratches. This handsome boy wants to be your very best friend! Bronco is still young so he will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. Bronco's new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. When old enough, they will be perfect to go on walks and hikes or show off around your neighborhood. You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend! Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/67f52071293addcfb505e894 Please email kristin@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Available for adoption in NV, MT, CO,UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and now the East Coast! Our PNW dogs are brought to you in style by a beautiful USDA licensed semi-truck, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24 hour care. Our East Coast route will travel in a private, air conditioned 3LP-run van transport. Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you! The adoption fee is $900.00 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW or the NE at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Story
Rein is a big sweetheart. She is around 18-20 months. I rescued her from the pound a little over a year ago. She loves tug of war, walks, and watching out the window. She has a lot of energy, but it's easy to get out and afterwards she is just a cuddle big. She is great at nights, as soon as it's bed time, she will be out. She is very well trained and crate trained. She loves her crate, it's her safe place. She is also the goofiest dog I have ever met. You will never stop being entertained watching her exist. She will find the weirdest way to accomplish a task. All in all a wonderful dog. Once she connects with you, she is attached. I wish I could keep her, but I don't have enough time to give her the attention and energy she deserves. I am looking for someone with a backyard so she can run and be free. I am looking for someone who will unconditionally love and care for her. I am looking for her forever home. And if it's possible, for the ability to visit her in the future.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi! My name is Hug Doc… I am the giver of hugs! Real live love hugs! I know what your thinking, "how does a dog give a hug?" Well… come meet me and you will see! I promise you won't be disappointed… if they gave out diplomas for hugs, I would be a doctor! I also love to snuggle and just spend time with my human.   Oh, and I LOVE to play. I play with other dogs so well, we have so much fun running and wrestling. But I can also be chill when I am told to - otherwise, I would play all day with my 4 legged buddies. I would love to be your hiking  buddy too! I could play all day… BUT, I listen and can be calm when I'm asked to!   I am house trained and use a dog door. I am still a puppy and need some loving direction to be taught what to play with and what not - but I'm smart, I listen and I love to learn. I just know I can be everything you want me to be - and more! Will you be my forever?   I would love to meet you and show you my love… and hugs!   All my love… and hugs!
