Story
Dottie was born 6/6/2023 and is a smart, playful, energetic dog with lots of personality. She is house trained, crate trained, does well home alone, and loves her crate as a safe place to settle when overwhelmed. She is a huge fan of fetch and can do well with other dogs after a proper introduction. I do not know how she is with cats or children. I adopted her hoping my apartment would be a good fit, but shared walls, outdoor space, and frequent close encounters with unfamiliar people and dogs have been hard on her. She does best with slower introductions and a lower-stress routine. Her ideal home would be a house with a private yard. She can get a bit mouthy during tug and may protest coat brushing, so I use a muzzle for grooming as a precaution.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi, I’m Jazzper! I’m a 5-year-old male Aussie mix with a big heart and a sharp mind. I’ve been with one family since I was a puppy and now I’m ready for a new forever home. While I didn’t get much early exposure to other dogs, I grew up absolutely loving people. I bond deeply with my humans and enjoy being part of their daily life. New dogs make me uncomfortable, so I’m reactive to unfamiliar dogs and will need to be the only pet in my forever home—but trust me, I have more than enough love and personality to fill it. I thrive when I’m active and engaged. Walks and hikes are some of my favorite things, and I do best with a person who enjoys getting outside and can give me both physical exercise and mental stimulation every day. I’m a herding breed mix, after all—my brain likes a job! I’m already housetrained, kennel trained, and muzzle trained, which helps me stay safe and successful in the world while I keep learning. My ideal forever family will be experienced, patient, and committed to helping me be my best self. I should live in a home without kids under 12, and I need someone who will continue my obedience training with a dedicated trainer who understands reactive herding dogs. With the right structure, guidance, and consistency, I shine. If you’re an active person looking for a loyal companion who’s eager to work, learn, and adventure by your side, I might just be your perfect match. Could you be the family for me? Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Bellareena, a delightful 2 1/2 year old pup whose bright spirit shines through in every playful moment of her day. With a heart full of curiosity and a love for life’s simple joys, she carries an air of mystery about her past, yet her future is clearly brimming with excitement, companionship, and new adventures waiting to unfold. Bellareena has a special fondness for her kennel, which she happily treats as her cozy retreat. It is her safe space where she eats her meals and relaxes with ease, showing just how comfortable she is with structure and routine. She is completely potty trained, making her an easy addition to a caring environment where her good habits can continue to flourish. This energetic girl absolutely lights up when it is time to play. Toys, dog bones, and anything she can happily chew or chase quickly become her treasures. She is also incredibly fast on her paws, a true little athlete who would thrive with an active pet parent ready to match her enthusiasm for movement and outdoor fun. Whether it is a spirited run or an engaging workout session, Bellareena brings a spark of joy to every moment. While she may be a bit shy at first, it does not take long for her gentle personality to blossom. Once she feels comfortable, she forms deep bonds and shows just how affectionate and loyal she can be. She is wonderfully compatible with other dogs and enjoys their company, though her feelings about cats are still a mystery waiting to be discovered. Bellareena would do well in a loving home that offers patience, playtime, and plenty of positive reinforcement as she continues to grow in confidence. She is ready to share laughter, companionship, and unforgettable moments with a family who welcomes her with open arms. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Sheilah: The Shy Sprinter with a Heart of Gold! Looking for a tiny athlete with a gentle soul? Meet Sheilah, who appears to be a 10-month-old Heeler/Cattle Dog/ Pinscher mix who is just as sweet as she is speedy. At just under a year old, she’s in the prime of her "puppyhood," discovering the world one cautious step at a time. Sheilah is the perfect blend of her breeds: she has the high-octane energy of a Heeler/Cattle Dog and the alert, loyal nature of a Pinscher. The Shy Sweetheart: She takes a moment to warm up to new faces and environments. She’s looking for a patient human who understands that "slow and steady" wins her heart. The Zoomie Queen: Once she feels safe, get ready! She has a "pro-athlete" energy level and loves to run, play, and burn off steam in the backyard. Sheilah is a work in progress and is currently enrolled in "Life Skills 101." She’s looking for a family who will continue her education in the following areas: Potty Training: She’s getting the hang of it! She just needs a consistent schedule and a little positive reinforcement. Crate Training: She’s learning that her crate is a safe, cozy den for naps and nighttime. Leash Manners: The big wide world can be a bit spooky, so she’s practicing walking confidently on a leash without getting overwhelmed. Sheilah would thrive in a home that balances adventure with routine. An active lifestyle: She needs plenty of mental and physical stimulation to keep her happy. Patience & Love: Since she’s a bit shy, a calm environment where she can build confidence at her own pace is a must. Structure: Continued training will help her blossom into the amazing companion we know she is! Is Sheilah the one for you? If you have a soft spot for the "wallflowers" and the energy to keep up with a Heeler mix, Sheilah is ready to find her forever lap to curl up in.
