Story
Tink is a precious mini Australian Shepherd that is currently being fostered with one of our dog trainers that specializes in timid, shy dogs. She is a breeder release and is guessed to be 1-2 years old. She is absolutely adorable and her foster mom says she is making great progress but is still very nervous around new people. She is super sweet and wants so badly to come close but is still quite nervous. She is fully kennel trained and loves, loves, loves her kennel, it is her safe place. She loves to be out in the dog run and is potty trained at her foster mom's house. She has just started learning to walk on a leash but will need someone to introduce her to the world slowly to give her time to adjust to her new life. There are lots of other dogs at her foster moms house so we know she is dog friendly, her foster doesn't have any cats but thinks she would be fine with them if introduced properly. She thinks she would do better in a home with a confident dog or in a quiet home with adults or older quiet kids only. She will need an adopter who will give her love and patience. Please consider this adorable little girl as a part of your new family. She deserves all the love in the world and will give you a lifetime of love. The shy dogs become the most loyal dogs and LOVE LOVE LOVE their humans. She has so much love to give and is looking for her FurEver Home. Her foster mom is located in Fort Collins Colorado and wants to find a patient adopter who is willing to help her continue with her training and help her gain confidence either with in person, or virtual training session(s). She will provide a discount on training. The amount of training needed will depend on the knowledge and experience of the adopter and how far along Tink is at the time of adoption.

Story
Junie, Australian Shepherd/Heeler, 4.5 yrs., 40-45 lbs. Junie is a very loving and loyal dog. She is the boss and loves keeping Cooper in line. She likes to go on walks and explore with him. She gets along with other dogs great, but she will growl when she has had her fill. She will not nip or bite. She is a bit more relaxed and laid back than Cooper, but still loves to play around with him. She also is a bit of an attention hog. She will stare through your soul until you acknowledge her. She is very in tune with human emotion and will snuggle with you when you are sad. She’s a very sweet soul. She also may be more human than dog. Cooper, Blue Heeler, 4.5 yrs., 40-45 lbs. Cooper tends to be shy at first but warms up pretty quick. He has a lot of energy and loves playing with Junie going on walks and exploring with her. He LOVES attention. He is a very loving and loyal dog with the silliest personality. I think he may be more human than dog. He gets along with other dogs but does take a minute to acclimate to them. He loves to give kisses (I think he was a lizard in his past life…hahaha). They are a bonded pair. They have grown up together and I would hate to separate them. They are soulmates and I would love for them to stay together. I understand that this is a lot to ask, but they are so worth it! We are having to re-home them due to a move across the country. This means we will be living out of a small camper and traveling all over the southeast. I don’t feel that this is a fair life for my pups to live. They love to run and play and wouldn't get this freedom if they come with us.

Story
Meadow is playful and enjoys playing with her toys and being outside. She naps throughout the day and sleeps through the night. She is quickly picking up basic commands such as sit, come, and lay down. She will make a great family companion! Meadow is a 3-month-old mixed rescued from a high-kill shelter. This dog is current on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. This dog is good with other dogs, cats, and children. This puppy is working on kennel training, housebreaking, and house etiquette. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if it might be a good fit for your home. The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals. We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!) Please note, we do not have the ability to process adoption applications at our adoption events, so please plan accordingly. If an application is submitted past 5pm on Monday-Thursday, it will begin review the following day. If submitted on Friday-Sunday, it will begin review on Monday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an application to be processed. Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525). For additional questions regarding meeting this dog please contact us via text/email at 970.699.6772, or contact@bounceanimalrescue.org. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to a high volume of inquiries, calls and voicemails regarding adoption will not be returned. Thank you for choosing adoption! She is very smart and quickly picking up potty training. Vee is a 3-month-old mixed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog is current on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. Story
Teddy is looking for a fun-loving and patient forever home. Given his scary start of winding up in a high-intake shelter, Teddy is cautious of new humans. Luckily, he's in a loving foster home and learning that the world isn't too bad! Teddy is still finding his confidence and will benefit from patient humans who understand that good things come to those who wait. When given time to learn the world and come out of his shell, we know that Teddy is going to provide a lifetime of adorable antics and unconditional love. He LOVES to play with the other dogs in his foster home and would greatly benefit from having a confident canine companion in his new home. So far, Teddy is unfazed by the resident chickens. Homes with smaller humans should be aware that he is very shy, as to not overwhelm him. He is working hard on housebreaking and seems to have kennel-training down to a tee. He loves to cuddle up, hide in a blanket, and sleep through the night once the lights have been turned out. Finally, Teddy LOVES stinky food, golden-fish crackers, and noisy crinkle toys. Teddy is a 2-month-old mixed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog is current on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered. This dog is good with other dogs, cats, and children. I'm a quick learner who loves to play, am friendly with other dogs, affectionate with people, and not ashamed to say that I sometimes kiss on the first date! I'm also not shy, so I'm just going to come right out and ask: Would you please come meet me so we can go home together? I'll sit right here like the good boy I am and wait for you.
