Teddy, Australian Shepherd mix, 1 yr., 45 lbs., Teddy is friendly, happy, energetic and ready for an active life. He needs someone willing to work with him on basic manners. He loves other dogs and just wants to play hard but is also respectful of them. He’s got long thick hair so he will need professional grooming several times a year. Teddy must have a home with another young dog about his size and someone home most of the time. No cats. Teddy was found as a stray and was very thin. Call Cindy 970-353-1385

Story
Junie, Australian Shepherd/Heeler, 4.5 yrs., 35 lbs. Junie is a very loving and loyal dog. She is the boss and loves keeping Cooper in line. She likes to go on walks and explore with him. She gets along with other dogs great, but she will growl when she has had her fill. She will not nip or bite. She is a bit more relaxed and laid back than Cooper, but still loves to play around with him. She also is a bit of an attention hog. She will stare through your soul until you acknowledge her. She is very in tune with human emotion and will snuggle with you when you are sad. She’s a very sweet soul. She also may be more human than dog. Cooper, Blue Heeler, 4.5 yrs., 40-45 lbs. Cooper tends to be shy at first but warms up pretty quick. He has a lot of energy and loves playing with Junie going on walks and exploring with her. He LOVES attention. He is a very loving and loyal dog with the silliest personality. I think he may be more human than dog. He gets along with other dogs but does take a minute to acclimate to them. He loves to give kisses (I think he was a lizard in his past life…hahaha). They are a bonded pair. They have grown up together and I would hate to separate them. They are soulmates and I would love for them to stay together. I understand that this is a lot to ask, but they are so worth it! We are having to re-home them due to a move across the country. This means we will be living out of a small camper and traveling all over the southeast. I don’t feel that this is a fair life for my pups to live. They love to run and play and wouldn't get this freedom if they come with us.

Story
I have tried so hard not to have to rehome her. My husband is extremely allergic to her, he’s tried the allergy shots, I have an automatic vacuum and I get her deshedded. This is the last thing I want to do but I can’t hardly pet her and she has to stay downstairs with my mom. She deserves more and I want to find her a lovely home so all parties are happy. She is super sweet dog, loves walks, and is well behaved. Please consider adopting her. She’ll be an addition to your family and she will love you!

Story
Kramer is a 3 month old Aussie mix from New Mexico. He and his litter were surrendered to a shelter there. He is very outgoing and loves all people, dogs, and has been fine with cats. He would do best in a home that's ready to keep him entertained and work on training and potty-training. He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. Story
*We will not be at Pet Supplies Plus on December 20. Instead, join us for our annual Deck the Paws holiday adoption event! From 11:00 AM–1:00 PM, you can find us at Maxline Brewing (2724 McClelland Dr #190, Fort Collins, CO 80525). See you there!* Emma’s name means “whole” or “universal,” and she truly is the whole package. A perfect blend of sweet and spunky, she’s always up for a romp in the yard with her canine friends. Emma does wonderfully with dogs and is respectful of the resident cat’s boundaries. After playtime, she’s just as happy to curl up in a cozy bed and keep you company while you watch your favorite game. She’s making great progress with both potty training and crate training. This incredible girl would love to join you on hikes and outdoor adventures—and she couldn’t be more excited to call Colorado her new home. Emma has a history of very occasional, brief seizure activity. Based on her medical evaluation, our veterinary team suspects idiopathic epilepsy, which is a common and well-understood condition in dogs. At this time, her seizures are rare and short in duration (approximately 15–20 seconds), so daily medication has not been recommended. This plan may change in the future if her needs change. When treatment is indicated, idiopathic epilepsy is manageable and affordable (approximately $38 per month for medication). Outside of this history, Emma is healthy, happy, and has received a clean bill of health. Emma is a 2-year-old mixed breed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $400 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, 4DX testing, and spay. Emma is also tested with other dogs, children, and potty and kennel trained. She is not tested with cats. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if she might be a good fit for your home. The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals. We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!) Please note, we do not have the ability to process adoption applications at our adoption events, so please plan accordingly. If an application is submitted past 5pm on Monday-Thursday, it will begin review the following day. If submitted on Friday-Sunday, it will begin review on Monday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an application to be processed. Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525). For additional questions regarding meeting this dog please contact us via text/email at 970.699.6772, or contact@bounceanimalrescue.org. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to a high volume of inquiries, calls and voicemails regarding adoption will not be returned. Thank you for choosing adoption! If you would like more information on our organization please visit our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org.
