Story
Hendrix has been my pal since his puppy days. I am really only looking for a temporary home for him. May - August. I am military and will not be able to take care of him during that time. I will return and I’m just seeking for assistance. I am open to making this a permanent change for him but ideally I’d love to find a temporary home for him.

Story
Wilbur is currently located at the Everyday Adoption Center in Westminster (10460 Town Center Dr, Westminster, CO, 80021) and can be visited from 10am-6pm Sat/Sun and 12pm-7pm Mon-Fri! Email our Everyday Adoption Center team at EAC@savinganimalstoday.org for more information! Who is that stunning boy trotting into the flowers? Well, that’s Wilbur of course! Wilbur is an adorable pup who has stories to tell. He’ll tell you all about his dreams and aspirations to be the bestest boy ever (and just how hot it was in Texas)! Wilbur is a young pup, and true to his breeds (80% Australian Shepherd, 20% Mini American Shepherd), still has puppy energy to spare. Wilbur can be a bit jumpy; he just loves hugs so so much!! He would do best in an experienced home where he can truly be himself, and learn just how humans work. To add to his quirky nature, Wilbur is deaf! He also doesn't have the greatest eyesight (if only doggy glasses were a thing!!), so his ideal home would be with a family that understands that he learns a bit differently from other pups. He has been quick to pick up on hand signals, and is incredibly smart. He already knows sit, down, shake, and place! Wilbur has never met a person or dog he didn't love, in fact he's a total rockstar with every canine companion he meets!! He would be the perfect companion to another playful pup. Energetic and eager to please, Wilbur is ready to romp around your home with loads of treats and toys beside him, but more importantly, ready to settle into a home that loves as much as he does.

Story
Courtesy post, owner is going through a very rough time and needs to find a new home. She is very sweet but from what I understand she is nervous around new people and gets very hyper, but very sweet and friendly once she gets to know you. She has been good with other dogs, she is potty trained and crate trained. Email if interested and we can put you in touch with the owner. She is spayed and up to date on shots.

Story
Jack is 6 years old. His mother was an Australian Shepherd and his father’s breed is unknown. He is very energetic, vocal, and smart. He loves chasing bunnies, eating snow, and being with his people. He has never had an accident in the house and is crate trained. As our family has grown we haven’t been able to give him the time and attention he needs. He would work best with adults or only older children in the home. He needs consistency with stimulation/training/ exercise.

Story
Maggie is a sensitive little pup that appears to have missed out on some socialization opportunities when she was younger. She has been benefitting from the support of out Training & Behavior team and is looking for an adopter that will continue to help her learn and build confidence in her new home! Maggie might enjoy the company of a well-adjusted canine in her next home as well to help show her the ropes. At this time, HSBV will only rehome her to a family either without children or with children over the age of 10.
