Meet Davie! Davie didn’t come from the best situation where he was properly socialized so we are working on building up his confidence and having him learn all about being a dog! Davie depends on other dogs to guide him the way as Davie has limited vision. He can see a little and will learn his surroundings very quickly, so a confident dog friendly dog is needed for Davie to succeed in life. Davie is looking for a patient owner who is willing to spend time with him and help him learn. He is very sweet once he learns his environment. He plays with other dogs very well! Davie came into PAR terrified of life, but he is making big baby steps and is getting more confident every day! Davie is a 9 month old Aussie/Hound/Boxer mix that is 60 lbs., neutered, and up to date on vet care. Davie’s adoption comes with 2 sponsored training sessions with a certified dog trainer within a 25 mile radius of Lapeer. Nibblet came to the rescue a little skinny with some hair loss, but with good nutrition, care and love, we are getting her in tip-top shape! She can be submissive though with a little cowering when she's unsure, but with your love and guidance, she'll blossom into a confident girl. With her happy personality, she's sure to bring so much love to a home, she really is the sweetest. Nibblet is hoping to find a family who will help her build her confidence and provide the structure and basic obedience training she needs to thrive.
