Spot is a super cuddly and affectionate dog who loves to sit right next to his companion or in laps if allowed. He loves to play fetch with small balls and run outside. Owner moved to Columbus, OH in 2022 and has full veterinary medical history of records from PAZ - East Veterinarian in Austin, TX and Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital. Spot lives well with one other dog, but may take a while to warm up to new dogs. Spot does a good job riding in the car with a doggy hammock in the back seat. He benefits from a puzzle bowl when eating because he loves food and likes to eat quickly. He prefers quieter walking routes and is easy to pick up in off leash approaching dog or difficult scenario.

Meet Darcie! Darcie is a 4.5-year-old Australian Shepherd who is a sweet and gentle girl looking for a very special home where she can take things at her own pace. She came to us from a difficult situation and is extremely shut down, so she will need a patient adopter who understands that building trust and confidence will take time. The good news is that Darcie is trying! In her foster home, she has been making small but meaningful steps forward as she learns what it means to feel safe and comfortable. She will need someone willing to celebrate those little victories and give her the time and space she needs to continue coming out of her shell. Darcie is not going to be the dog who immediately runs up looking for attention, but with patience, consistency, and a quiet home, we hope she will continue to discover how wonderful life can be. She does well with cats and would love a person willing to let her progress at her own pace. Hi there - I am hoping to find a loving family that is interested in growing their pack. I’ve had Luna since she was a puppy - adopted from a litter of surrendered farm dogs, a mix of blue heeler and Australian Sheppard. She is bright, energetic, affectionate, and loving - with a lazy streak that misses most working dog breeds. She has been housebroken for years, and plays well with others - including dogs and people. Despite some personal space issues (as in: she prefers not to give it), she’s incredibly well behaved, and has never met a human she didn’t love. Unfortunately, my family has developed an allergy to dogs which forces us to keep Luna penned in the den, away from the rest of the house. While the den is comfortably outfitted, she would love to spend her senior years in a home that can let her join in family movie night and give lots of hugs and snuggles. If you might have room in your heart and home for Luna - please let me know. I would love to arrange a meeting!

Irwin has been with us for a little over a year now. We have been working on some behavioral issues, getting him ready for a forever home. We believe that Irwin is ready to find a home with someone or a family experienced with Border Collies, Aussies or another herding breed. Irwin has lots of energy and needs to have a purpose, a job or anything that keeps him busy. Irwin would not do well with apartment living. He needs his space to be Irwin. Irwin is VERY selective on the dogs he likes and will not do well in a home with cats. Mack has been just about the sweetest boy ever from moment one—extremely affectionate and just loves giving you big Mack hugs.
