If you are interested in adopting this dog,  please fill out an Adoption Questionnaire at  https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/43315/genericYou can learn about the adoption process by visiting:  http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/howtoadopt/.  Dog's Name:  KOBE (KOB0922RUSMD)Estimated Breed:   Beagle/Bulldog mix Approximate Age: 3yrs Approximate Weight: approx. 35 lbs Currently Living at:  Boarding Adoption Fee:  $375DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Kobe is a wonderful and charismatic dog with a lot of positive qualities! He has a friendly nature,is energetic, and loves to be with  humans. His mix of bulldog and beagle traits likely contribute to his unique personality. Kobe enjoys toys, belly rubs, laps, and hugs and would make a great companion for someone who is looking for an active and affectionate pet. Additionally, his potential as a running or hiking partner could be a fantastic fit for an individual or family with an active lifestyle. Kobe loves to play with other dogs, but is a little greedy when it comes to his food and toys. A home where he is the only pet would be best! Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.           Adoption fees cover basic vetting, spay/neuter surgery (at partner vet if not fixed before adoption), rabies, distemper/parvo vaccinations, treatment for worms, heartworm testing, monthly heartworm prevention and monthly flea/tick prevention (while the animal is in our care), and transport costs from high-kill shelter. Please note that on average, K-9 Lifesavers spend significantly more on each dog than their adoption fee. Adoption fee for HW positive dog also covers heartworm treatment at our partner vets. Foster Program:    Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.  For more information on becoming a foster parent, and our Foster Program, visit  http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/foster/  or email our Foster Coordinator at  foster@k-9lifesavers.orgSponsor Me!    Make a  tax-deductible donation  today by visiting us at http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/donate/. Donations help us offset boarding costs and additional medical treatment for those dogs who need it.  K-9 Lifesavers receives NO federal funding and survive with your generous support! For more information on K-9 Lifesavers, or to view a complete listing of all our Adoptable Dogs, visit our website at  www.k-9lifesavers.org.Please “like” our Facebook Page for the most current events and new dogs.Thank you for considering a rescue dog! ##1728669##

Story
Meet Snoodie! Snoodie is a one-year old English Bulldog/Beagle mix. She was added to our family as a puppy in February 2023. She is a spunky girl who has her quirks. She is house-trained and crate-trained. She takes Clonidine as needed for longer times away in her crate, visits to the vet, etc. to help with her anxiety. Snoodie knows some fun tricks like sit, wait for meals, paw, touch, and watch. Snoodie needs work on a leash due to her anxiety and pulling nature. Snoodie lives with an older dog and two cats. She has never played with other dogs to know how she would do, and would do well as the only dog in the house. She is interested in cats, and may chase them, but does well with them. Snoodie has not been around children, and due to her age it is not recommended that she live with them. Teenagers/older kids are ok, as she has been around them. We are rehoming Snoodie because our busy lives have caused us to be away from home more than expected. She needs an experienced owner.

Story
Hello my name is Teddie (short for "God's gift) and they say I'm an Bulldog/Am Staff Terrier, but really I'm a sweetheart! I've had a "ruff start but I am 60 lbs of love. I'm eager to learn and my foster mom says I'm a smarty pants. I'm potty trained, leash trained, crate trained, car trained and I know basic commands like sit, down, give paw, left and right and i love fetching my toys. I am very people friendly and I don't mind being around dogs and cats but my interactions with them are slow and monitored because I'm still learning manners and I get really excited and am kind of rude...I put my paw on them; I'm very trainable so I think it will just take time. I love to be walked everyday and I love toys...I love my crate for down time. I'm a pretty easy going girl who would love to be someone's big baby. If you need a big baby in your life, please consider me! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)
