Story
Hello there! My name is Lily, and I'm a delightful bulldog mix looking for my forever home. At around 6 years old, I bring a perfect balance of maturity and playful spirit to any household. I'm house and crate trained; smart; and eager to learn. Someone who has a fenced yard or can continue to work on loose leash commands would be best. One of my favorite things in the world is food! You could say I'm a bit of a foodie. Whether it's mealtime or snack time, or if you want to give me extra incentive to learn new things, I'm always ready to indulge in some delicious treats. My happy snorts will let you know if I'm enjoying the cuisine. But don't worry, I know how to enjoy life beyond the dining table too. I have a laid-back personality and find joy in the simple pleasures of life. I LOVE soaking up the sunbeams streaming through the window, and lounging on the couch with my humans. I really am at my happiest when I'm near my people. I ADORE my foster grandpa, so bonus points if you're a senior who is home a lot and loves the company of a great pup like me! I don't have a ton of experience around other dogs, and I enjoy lounging around so much that I would prefer to be your one and only pup. And definitely no cats - I have a high prey drive and like to chase them. If you are looking for the goodest girl with a wiggly butt who gives lots of love and happy snorts, please ask about me - Lily!If you'd like to take me home, please fill out an adoption application at this website -www.animalalliesrescue.org/adoption-application - and choose me, Lily! My adoption fee is $300 and AARF wants me to tell you that their adoption package covers all expenses needed to prepare dogs like me for our forever homes. By the time you meet us, we've already been spayed/neutered (if age appropriate) and microchipped. We've been checked by a veterinarian, and we're up to date on age appropriate immunizations against rabies and DHLPP (distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus). We've been tested for heartworm and other tick borne diseases (4DX), and we've started our heartworm and flea preventive medications. Some of us have had extensive surgeries, dental work, or other necessary procedures. AARF is committed to getting all of us entirely ready for a happy, healthy, love-filled life!

Story
Betty is a Great dog, loving dog but i don’t have the time anymore for her and it’s hard for me to do this. I’ve had her since she was a puppy. But with my busy schedule is hard for me to keep up with her in a way i would like. Like all bulldogs she does have allergies and requires maintenance. She is up to date with shots.

Story
Dog:Tootsie Age:9-12 Months Weight: 45 Location: Newtown, PA Nicknames: Toots, T, Tutti-frutti, Tootsie Roll, Grandma Ethel Good with other dogs?: Yes.Tootsie is dog friendly and loves to play with other dogs. She can play a bit rough, and can be a bit mouthy, which some dogs may not appreciate. Good with cats? yes Good with children? unknown, will not be adopted to a home with kids under 10 Activity Preference: Needs a couple walks a day., Needs in-house activities IQ: Smart Tootsie's favorite things: Tootsie is a sweet and funny dog. She enjoys taking walks and the ability to run off leash and at times get the zoomies. She is quite inquisitive and loves to smell and discover new places. She enjoys car rides and getting out of the house. She loves balls of all sizes and will often play with a full-size soccer-ball. Tootsie is good at: meeting people, meeting dogs, staying in a crate, behaving in the house, going for car rides, walking on a leash, playing Ideal home: another dog, no children, someone at home most of the day, a fenced yard, Lots of exercise opportunities Training Needs: socialization with dogs, needs obedience training Health issues: Tootsie is thought to have albinism and is deaf due to this trait. Due to her hearing impairment, her foster family has been teaching her sign language for basic commands (sit, stay, come, etc.) She also wears a vibrating collar which she has been trained to follow for recall when she cannot see her family. She is quite independent and just beginning to learn rules. Training will require consistent reinforcement and her forever home must be ready to work with her on a regular basis to keep these skills. In addition, she must go to a home with a fence to ensure she cannot wander away, as she cannot hear cars or other dangers. Meet Tootsie Tootsie is a fun loving, goofy, sweet and independent girl who would be great addition to home that will continue to work with her training to help with her special needs. There are some great benefits to having a deaf dog- vacuuming is not scary, play drums or guitar?- no problem for her, live by a fire/ police-department- she doesn't hear it, use lots of loud equipment- she'll never know! However, having a deaf dog comes with its challenges too- they don't come when you call them! Tootsie loves to run free in a yard, discover new things and curl up on a bed or couch. She loves toys and is constantly bringing her collection into her crate. She is house-broken and will let you know when she needs to go out. She looks a bit goofy, but has a big heart and is just waiting to find her new family willing to give this special girl some love. Kobe's friendly nature, boundless energy, and love for humans make him an exceptional companion for anyone seeking an active and affectionate pet. Kobe's unique personality, stemming from his mix of bulldog and beagle traits, sets him apart. He finds joy in toys, belly rubs, laps, and hugs, making every interaction a delightful experience. If you're someone with an active lifestyle, Kobe could be your perfect running or hiking partner, showcasing his potential as a fantastic fit for individuals or families who love outdoor activities. This charismatic pup not only loves human companionship but also enjoys playing with other dogs. However, Kobe can be a bit possessive when it comes to his food and toys, so a home where he can be the sole pet would be ideal. At approximately 3 years old and weighing around 35 lbs, Kobe is ready to bring his infectious energy and affection into a forever home. Story
Jazzie is a beautiful, energetic, AKC pure-bred English Bulldog. She loves to play with her ball and bone and run around the yard. She is not your typical lazy bulldog, she's a real bundle of energy (until she's worn out, that is). She is fully house-trained, crate-trained, and is getting better on her leash. Unfortunately for us, Jazzie does not get along with our oldest daughter, but she is fine with our two younger children. It's not Jazzie's fault, and she does fine with everybody else. This is a difficult decision and we are going to miss her so much. Please give Jazzie a chance to show you how great she can be!

** I am currently being housed at our Oglethorpe location. Come meet me at 71 Oglethorpe St NW, every day from 12pm-7pm. Please arrive no later than 6:30 p.m. to allow ample time to interact with adoptable dogs. Or visit humanerescuealliance.org/how-to-adopt to learn more.My name is Ki-Ki. I am a sweet, sweet girl who can't wait to meet you. I have lots of energy and lots of love to give. I may take a few minutes to get to know you but once I do I will happily lean into you with my whole body for as many pets as possible. Although I was a stray and in the shelter for two months, I already know how to sit and I am learning other things too! I am pretty good with my house-training and I haven't had any accidents at nighttime. I am learning not to pull on leash (especially when I see squirrels) and my previous foster mom says I have improved so much because I am really smart. I love playing with toys and I got the zoomies running from the couch to the doggy bed and back -- over and over. I also love walks and I am very curious about everything I see and smell. If you are looking for a sweet, loving and energetic doggie, I promise I am your girl!To learn more about Ki-Ki, check out her video! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j4_TH2MTE0Y

When you eat your Thanksgiving turkey- will you think of me?? I will be right next to you trying to get it... NOW will you think of me?? LOL, ok, I kid.... I do love turkey though :) I am Wishbone, and I am a bull terrier/beagle mixed boy with a story to tell! I am so smart like a bull terrier- somewhat stubborn, like a bull terrier, but I follow my NOSE like a beagle! I am super cute, only about 40# and I am pretty active. I love to have a hard playing buddy, no small animals (like kitties) as I have a prey drive- like a bull terrier.. you see where I am going with this, right?? I would love have an active family, kids older than grade school as I love a moving target and smaller ones don't quite understand that. I am a love bug, and once tired out I am the bestest cuddler! So, what are you waiting for? Look me up, take me on adventures when you apply to adopt me! ADOPT, DON'T SHOP!!!! MY LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area)

Marlee is a fun name for a fun gal! I was living my life and having some fun, except no one got me "fixed" so the fun ended up with me being a single mother with 6 hungry mouths to feed!!! Who thinks that their fun will lead to months of feeding and my milk producers dragging on the ground :( I sure didn't... However, I LOVE MY BABIES!!! Now that they are on their own in foster homes, that is :) I am a fun gal, I love to play with my friends and I am great with other playful and fun dogs. I am a climber and a jumper so it may be why I was out playing in the first place.... but I digress... I am happy and sweet and I have the gorgeous soft, PLENTIFUL muzzle of a Shar Pei, with the energy of a lab or shepherd or who knows what other breed I am. I want a real family who will love me for all that I am, and I am A LOT!! Look me up and let's run off into the sunset :) ADOPT... DON'T SHOP!!! MY LIFE AND MY PUPPIES' LIVES' DEPEND ON IT!!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area, $50 temporary fuel fee will be included)
