Bought my dog from a breeder because my kids wanted another dog at 7 weeks he is now 3 years old and my kids are 19 and 16 with their own teenage agendas and I work a rotating schedule and I feel like nobody has time and he is left home by himself too much and if you know anything about bulldogs they like to be underneath of somebody at all times.So I was just looking to see if I could find a good home for him on here instead of having to resort to the SPCA.

We advise that adopters do not send payment or deposits for pets prior to adopting. ***** Rufio is an old english bulldog, is 3yo, weighs 91lbs, is neutered, is up to date on his vaccines, and is microchipped. Rufio is alone about 6 hours each day and is kept in his crate. At night, he sleeps in his bed in the bedroom. He needs to be restrained in the car or else he will climb all around. He currently eats Royal Canin Ultamino. Rufio's guardian explains why she has made the difficult decision to rehome him: "He is very sweet but he was not well trained or socialized. He is too large and strong for me to keep under control and he has been injuring me when he plays or gets too excited. He needs an owner who is better able to handle him and a larger house." Rufio's guardian offers a brief a medical history: "He has significant allergies that he is currently seeing a dermatologist for. He is on an elimination diet and medication." Rufio's guardian states the following regarding children: Rufio hasn't lived with children, but his guardian recommends his living with children ages 12 and older, stating "Rufio is very large and strong and jumps on people. He should not live with children under 12". Shelby, 4, is as sweet as they come. She follows her owner around like she is their shadow. She loves snuggles, meeting new people, kids, walks to the park, long cozy couch naps, and being in water. She was originally used as a breeding mama, until her current owner adopted her 2 years ago. Now Shelby is spayed and enjoying a comfortable retirement. While Shelby isn't very interested in toys, she can get the zoomies and is playful with her humans- running around the room and jumping back and forth. Shelby was bullied by bigger dogs in the past, so she would do best in a household as the only dog, or potentially with one other, smaller dog. Shelby needs a home where she is cared for and treated like the angel she is. While she is healthy, her new owners need to understand and prepare for the ongoing costs that come with caring for her breed (dental, allergies, etc). She will light up anyone's life with her joy, love, companionship, snuggles, and snorts!
