If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out an Adoption Questionnaire athttps://petstablished.com/adoption_form/43315/generic.You can learn about the adoption process by visiting: http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/howtoadopt/.Dog's Name:  Babe Dory (DOR1225ALAFD)  Estimated Breed:  English Bulldog mixApproximate Age:  DOB 9/28/25 Approximate Weight:  15 lbsCurrently Living at:  Foster    Adoption Fee:  $500DOG'S DESCRIPTION:  Meet Babe Dory!Hi there! It’s me… Dory! I might be a puppy, but I’ve already had quite the adventure. My siblings—Bubbles and Crush—and I found ourselves in a very full shelter in Alabama. It was a pretty scary place for little ones like us. But then… our heroes arrived! K-9 Lifesavers scooped us up and helped us land in wonderful foster homes. Now I’m dreaming of my forever family—maybe that’s you? I’m about as cute as a puppy can possibly be (or so I’m told!). I’m sweet, playful, friendly, and always excited to meet new people. I adore other dogs too! At my young age, I’m in the perfect stage for learning all the good stuff—training, manners, socialization, you name it. If you’re looking for a lovable little sidekick who will fill your days with wiggles, snuggles, and joy… I’m your girl! Apply today—I can’t wait to meet you! Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.    Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.Foster Program:    Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.  For more information on becoming a foster parent, and our Foster Program, visit http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/foster/ or email our Foster Coordinator at foster@k-9lifesavers.orgSPONSOR ME! Help Save Lives!    Make a tax-deductible donation today and help save a life. He is the epitome of sweetness, a bit shy at first, but warms quickly. He has a gentle nature that will melt your heart, and his adorable quirky "smile" is totally endearing. He loves other dogs, too, and won't mind sharing the love. Wham is currently being treated for non-contagious Demodex mange, but this doesn't dampen his spirits one bit. Once his condition clears up, he will be super handsome! He has had a lot to deal with so far, but he is a cheerful and resilient fella. Wham is not just a pet, he's a friend waiting to offer unwavering love and loyalty. Choose Wham, and you won't regret a single day. Story
I have been Daisy's owner since she was 3 weeks old. She has been an amazing dog and companion for 8 years now. She is loving, happy, protective, well behaved, loves to eat (anything she gets her paws on), and she is super intuitive. She absolutely knows when you need love the most. She will be right by your side through thick and thin. She is incredibly healthy. She has had zero health issues. I think she might be a super dog because she never gets hurt or sick. She can be playful and spuky but calm and cuddly too. She is literally the perfect dog. I love her so much and that is why I need to find her a happy home where someone can give her the full time love she deserves. Life and career changes have kept me away from the house for long hours. It's taken me a long time to make this decision but I know it's the right one. I know the perfect family or companion is out there ready to love on Daisy for the rest of her days.
