Her body is long-ish, but her face looks more like a pug or terrier mix. She has a nice temperament and is good with other dogs. Would like a quiet home.   Caitlin is currently with a partner rescue group in KY, and needs a foster home secured to come to MN. I do not like loud noises, and I am initially shy, but I warm up quickly then my playful side emerges! Hee, hee!! I am crate trained but am still working on potty training and since I have the luxury of a fenced yard, I don’t have much leash experience either so I will need my new yard to be fenced too. I have never met any cats, but I am good with kids and other dogs. My favorite activities are playing with my resident fur sibs, verbally expressing my excitement, and partaking in some small Milk-Bone treats…YUMMM!! Meet Alaric! Sweet little Alaric aka Ricky has the cutest little Dobby ears and he has the big paws, short legs and long body of a basset hound! He loves playing with other dogs and with playful cats, so he'd love to have friends in his forever home! Ricky is about 4 months old and weighs 17 pounds. He's learning with potty training, and he loves to follow around his fosters. He prefers to avoid crowds, so he's more of a homebody, but he likes going on walks with his pack. When Irish eyes are smiling, does that mean they are happy? Or maybe they had too many pints at the pub? My eyes are smiling, and I am a non drinker, just want to have full disclosure here! Even though my eyes were smiling in these pictures. I was desperate for help for my little one, Lewis. You see, he was dying...full of internal and external parasites he really had no fight left in him and I knew it as his mother... so I used my Irish eyes to get us saved. AND IT WORKED!! Our lives are do amazing now, Lewis is alive and well after some very intense care, and ADOPTED INTO AN AMAZING HOME!!! I am not ever producing more babies, so it is all good! Now I get my turn for love, comfort and safety and a FOREVER HOME!! I am an adorable girl, about 50# of low-rider basset/heeler-ness. I am great with other dogs and like to play keep away! Winnie was part of a surrendered litter from Wisconsin. We found her on petfinder at 8 weeks old from a rescue. She is really so sweet and adorable, loves to play and cuddle. She is now 8 months old (bday Nov. 16th). We are looking to rehome her because it’s just been too much on my plate since I also have 3 small children and a partner that travels for work. I am not able to give her the attention she wants and needs. House training needs some work still. She has short hair and doesn’t shed much at all. She would do great in a home where she gets lots of attention.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.   Rambler is a Beagle/Lab/Terrier mix (we are guessing!) Who is oh so sweet and good natured. Rambler came to us from a background of hardship. We don't know the full story but was told part of one of his ears was shot off? Was he a stray in a rural area and was shot at? We are not sure, but he came to rescue pretty meek and frightened of humans.  He also came to rescue with heartworm. He was successfully treated for that and has been diligently kept on Heartguard (Tri Heart Plus) since then.  He also has made HUGE progress since being in rescue. He is now more trusting and happy and open. He is crate trained, potty trained, walks well on a leash and loves to be with other dogs.  We are looking for a home for him with another dog (it helps his confidence) and a fenced in yard.  Rambler is one of those "heart dogs" that just get to you as you watch them embrace the kind of life they were meant to live.  If you want to make a difference in Rambler's life by giving him a loving home, please fill out our form below!
