Story
Please meet Blush! She’s so sweet and her puppy dog eyes are sure to make you blush! This sweet, lovable pup loves tummy rubs and snuggling. If she’s not in your lap, her next favorite spot is right in front of the space heater! Blush is very active and she loves to wrestle with her canine foster siblings. We feel she is best suited in a home with another playful dog. She’s still getting used to walking on a leash and can be a bit timid outdoors away from home, so her forever home should also have a fenced in yard. Blush is very smart and food motivated, which makes training a breeze. At only 6 months old, she’s a sponge ready to soak up all the love and tricks her humans can offer her! Blush is being fostered in Mead, Colorado. *We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs.* You can view this wonderful dog at https://www.milehighcanine.org/post/dogs/blush/. Biscuit, Beagle mix,11 months, 40lbs. Biscuit is cautious for a few seconds then friendlier. She will be a great dog with time and patience. She loves her toys, crate trained, almost housebroken and loves spending time outside. Story
We adopted Shiloh from a man who lived in the country by himself. He didn't treat her very well but not real bad. She has to be rehomed because I'm moving into a nursing home. She is very loving and loyal. She has been with other dogs a large part of her life. She likes children. She likes to play chase and catch. She however hates cats. She would just as soon kill one as look at one. She likes to jump on you at first meeting but usually that's all. I can't think of a time she jumped on a child. She seems to tell the difference between adult and child. When our granddaughter comes over she can't wait for her to go play in the yard so she can't wait to ith her and run and play. She is about 6 years old now. We are very sad that we have to rehome her. I really don't want to but we are looking for some family to play with her, love her and give her a good home. She is afraid of loud fireworks, thunder. She likes to hide behind the loveseat. She is a very sweet loving dog.

Story
Smores is a super social, sweet and fun 10 month old puppy who is very close to full grown at 29 pounds.  The perfect size for a family on the go, he is tall enough to make a great hiking buddy and compact enough to travel easily.  Smores loves his foster siblings including both cats and other dogs.  He is very respectful of the older alpha male and plays appropriately with the younger foster puppy.  He has a very soft mouth when he plays and would be great with kids. Smores plays and stays by our side with the pack of 4 dogs on our mountain hikes.  Looking into Smores eyes, you cannot help but be struck by his intelligence and sweet disposition.  He learned the dog door by watching the resident dogs the very first day he arrived!  House trained and crate trained. Foster mom had an injury a couple of weeks before he arrived, and he will walk up and stand gently on her good size and give her hugs. We don't know alot about Smores early months, but he was brought to the shelter by an unhoused individual who cared very much for him, but did not have the resources to care for this sweet puppy, so he was loved and socialized into a warm, cuddly and confident small-medium sized "pup".  want to see more of this good boy? Just ask and we will be happy to provide videos of him playing with his friends! Smores is neutered, chipped, healthy (snap tested negative for tick and heartworm) and happy - ready to go to his forever home July 4th.  Smores will be in Red Feather Lakes over the 4th so all our doggos can avoid the noise and will return to Arvada on July 6th.  Apply, with no obligation to adopt from either location. ##2443684##
