Ace is a middle age beagle at about 6 yrs old but still has his beagle energy. He came to us as a stray and we can only guess it's because that beagle nose of his took him on an adventure. We are still learning about him but so far he's been the sweetest boy who loves to be around people and run. If you think he might be a pup for you fill out an application or come visit him.

Dottie is a 1-2 year old Beagle/Terrier mix. She weighs 31 lbs and is a medium sized dog. Dottie is good with everyone including kids. She does great in her crate and is housetrained. Her foster mom is working with her on leash and to not jump on people. She is strong, active, and super loving too. Dottie loves other dogs but does need to be fed separately. Dottie has been vet checked, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and is on heartworm/flea prevention. Turbo is a 5yo beagle in need of a new home! Turbo came from a home with kids, cats and dogs! He is a really sweet boy who is very playful and loving! Turbo is located in the Columbus area and will need a home with a fenced in yard.  Apply online at ohiobassetrescue.com. Stephie is nearly 6 years old. We adopted her 4 years ago to be a friend for our other beagle. She has a lot of energy and loves walks and play time. She needs a fully fenced yard or a dog run because escaping has been a bit of an issue. She has always been very sweet and good with all people and most other dogs.We are rehoming her because she recently got into a serious fight with the dog of a family member. The other dog was the original aggressor, but Stephie's bigger and could have seriously hurt the smaller dog. This has never happened before, and I don't really blame her, but it's causing family strife that I can't deal with right now.
