Story
Strawberry very sweet and affectionate. Strawberry is being rehomed because she can not be trusted around toddlers or babies. Because she can’t be trusted around them, she is often separated from the family, and I know she doesn’t like that, nor it is fair. She is a sweet and very intelligent dog. She is up to date on all core vaccines, and her teeth were cleaned within the last year. She is fully house trained, and she makes a great indoor dog. Vets have always assumed she was a beagle lab. She is 11; however, the vet says she is very healthy! She is a naturally more anxious dog, but she does very well once she warms up to someone. Her ideal home is a quiet home with an owner or family who can spend time with her. Nothing means more to her than being petted and given a treat. She is a more anxious dog when she leaves the home. She also would get along with older children Please reach out if you can provide a great retirement home for her. Thank you.

Looking for a sweet, low-maintenance, loving companion? Gretchyn, the 8 year old beagle, might just be your perfect match.She’s house trained, crate trained (she’ll even put herself to bed if there’s a comfy blanket), and she’s great with other dogs. She knows sit, paw, and spin and is very treat motivated which makes her fun and easy to continue training. She walks well on a leash and would love a daily stroll, especially since she prefers potty breaks on walks over the backyard. Personality-wise, she’s a total love bug. Expect lots of wiggle butts, happy tail wags, and requests for belly rubs. She’s also lived with a cat before and did just fine just kept to herself. She does have a few silly quirks. For example, she may try to drink from puddles on walks and she’s a professional beggar at mealtime but honestly, that just adds to her charm. She does have some dental issues, so her kibble is softened, and she has a bit of a cough, but her energy, appetite, and happiness are still very much there. She’s just looking for a comfy home, some love, and someone to call her person. Happy, Affectionate, Playful 3 year old, Black/White Beagle/Bassett mix. She has not been exposed to young children but loves older children. We got her when she was 6 weeks old and have her ever since. She is very loving, affection and loves attention. We have to ReHome her because my husband and I are Seniors and have health issues. We have to move and cannot take her with us. I'm looking for a family that has love for her and can give her a loving, happy home. She will make you happy and I'm hoping you will make her happy. She hasn't been exposed to cats but she likes to bark at them. She's a little rough around the edges but can be worked with. She knows "Sit. Down. Off. Outside. Cookie." Once she adjustes to you, she will be your loyal friend and protector forever.

Bubbles is very bubbly and curious. Since she was put out on the street she is very cautious about going out so you’ll have to go out with her but once she she’s a bird or squirrel she takes off. I have a fenced in yard. She does pull on a leash so you may want to try to train that out of her or walk her with a harness. In the car she’s all over the place so you’ll need to use a seat belt and harness which you should use anyway. She did discovery sticking her head out the window but that doesn’t occupy her. She’s a dancer so if your standing so is she. She craves attention.

She came to us as a stray from a local shelter. She is a very sweet and active dog who loves to run and play! She will need a home with a fenced in yard. Annie follows the other dogs in the foster home to go outside and potty, and she does very good in a crate when her foster family is not home. She has not been tested around cats but does great with all of the other dogs in the house. She is spayed and up-to-date on all of her shots and ready for a new home. Her adoption fee is $300.She weighs approximately 40 pounds. Annie is currently being fostered in the Dayton area!
