Stephie is nearly 6 years old. We adopted her 4 years ago to be a friend for our other beagle. She has a lot of energy and loves walks and play time. She needs a fully fenced yard or a dog run because escaping has been a bit of an issue. She has always been very sweet and good with all people and most other dogs.We are rehoming her because she recently got into a serious fight with the dog of a family member. The other dog was the original aggressor, but Stephie's bigger and could have seriously hurt the smaller dog. This has never happened before, and I don't really blame her, but it's causing family strife that I can't deal with right now.

Turbo is a 5yo beagle in need of a new home! Turbo came from a home with kids, cats and dogs! He is a really sweet boy who is very playful and loving! Turbo is located in the Columbus area and will need a home with a fenced in yard.  Apply online at ohiobassetrescue.com.     Want a dog that's in no hurry to get up in the morning...who appreciates a soft blanket? He’ll wag his tail for you while you do whatever it is you do in the morning. Bonus: he comes with his own comfy blanket.   Want a dog to go on a walk with you? He would love to go, doesn't pull, like having a feather on the end of the leash.. Does like to stop and smell flowers.   Bangles is a beautiful Lemon Beagle. He is very good with new people and does well with other dogs. He enjoys a good trot around the yard but at approx 6 years old and 31 pounds, he also enjoys lounging in the sun. Bangles has been introduced to cats and while he has shown interest, he has not shown any aggression. Bangles will actually go in his open crate for a snooze durning the day, especially if there is a cozy blanket tucked inside, and although he does not really play with toys, he enjoys having one in his crate with him; which is super sweet.  Bangles is a perfect companion dog, as he will stay close by you, not demanding, nor vocal, but a true buddy.  All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH.
