Meet Falcon! This sweet mannered beagle boy has bounced back from near-starvation, and is ready to find his forever family to love! Falcon gets along with kids and can be selective with other animals. Her has stayed in a foster home with cats, kids, and dogs and has done well. In true hound style, Falcon loves to keep his nose to the ground to smell out his surroundings, and enjoys running around outside, but he also loves to settle in on the couch for some snuggles with his people. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who would be forever grateful to be a part of your family, Falcon is the one for you!

Story
Hi I'm Merlin! I'm a little shy but once you get to know me I'm as sweet as can be. I'm around 6 years old and 45 lbs, and I would do best with a simple, routine life without too much excitement. In fact, I could spend almost all day on the couch with my head on your shoulder. I am vision impaired but once you help me learn where everything is, I do just fine navigating on my own- I'm even crate trained and enjoy having a crate as my "home base". I am perfect with cats and dogs, and would really love a dog friend to help me continue building my confidence. I do need a fenced in yard at my forever home, being on leash is tough for me until I feel super safe and secure. If you're a homebody with a little bit of patience and a gentle soul, I would be the perfect companion for you and I am sure to give you all the love you'll ever need.   All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. Meet Daisa Daisa is absolute perfection. She’s 4-5 years old, 30-35lbs and we seriously cannot find a flaw. She’s good with dogs, fabulous with cats and even gets along with the tiny human (that won’t leave her alone). She’s leash, crate (but hasn’t been destruct) and potty trained. Daisa knows “sit” and will gladly shake for a treat. She’s the perfect dog for virtually any lifestyle; she’s easy going and low maintenance but always down for an adventure if you are. Daisa is affectionate and cuddly but respectful of personal space …if she must be but she does love to give kisses!! Daisa really enjoys having her dog buddies that she’ll play with when she gets an occasional burst of energy (she’d play with the cat if it would let her!). We give her 5 stars and we know you will too! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. Story
Obi is an energetic young boy that loves to spend time running outside! He is very loving and always wants to cuddle or play. He has been good with our cat and young toddler with limited contact. Obi had a medical issue that required surgery when he was a born and due to this surgery he does dribble pee. Some days are better than others, we used to have him wear diapers but he would tear them up so we just get him outside as much as possible. Other than that he is a good boy that deserves a good home. One that can really give home the time together that he deserves.

Strawberry the LOVE BUG! Strawberry is being rehomed because she can not be trusted around toddlers or babies. Because she can’t be trusted around them, she is often separated from the family, and I know she doesn’t like that, nor it is fair. She is a sweet and very intelligent dog. She is up to date on all core vaccines, and her teeth were cleaned a year ago. She is fully house trained, and she makes a great indoor dog. Vets have always assumed she was a beagle lab. She is 11; however, the vet says she is very healthy! She is a naturally more anxious dog, but she does very well once she warms up to someone. Her ideal home is a quiet home with an owner or family who can spend time with her. Nothing means more to her than being petted and walked. She’s a love bug. She has been around many different types of animals her whole life. She also would get along with older children Please reach out if you can provide a great retirement home for her. Thank you.
