Meet Sweetheart Leah!!🌸💖
Only 2 years-old , 35 pounds of Pure Love and Kindness - Beagle/Hound Mix Girl! 🌸
Leah is the full package. She receives all the compliments in the world.🥰
Get ready to fall in LOVE!! 💖💖💖
Her gorgeous deep brown eyes, gentle kisses, and charming personality will forever melt your heart and make you fall in love with her instantly. 💖
Leah, a sweet and mature motherly dog, stands out with her gentle, quiet nature. ❤️Her adorable brindle markings and petite hound dog appearance add to her undeniable charm, weighing in at a perfect 35lbs for versatility in travel, apartment living, or any home setting. As a rescue dog, her breed and age remain a mystery, but her dog-friendly demeanor shines, especially with calm companions.🐶🥰
She is incredibly kind, gentle, submissive, patient, affectionate sweet girl.💖🌸 She loves everyone and everyone loves her. Leah is a love bug with a fun spirit and can build a great relationship with a furry friend, children and adults. Her captivating appearance makes people stop to say hello and get to know her, as she is just a sweetheart. 🌸
Embracing a more relaxed and easy-going lifestyle, Leah welcomes a tranquil environment, showing a preference for fellow calm dogs. She is submissive and is not a pack player and simply prefers to chill around to observe! 💞🐶 She would do great at home with a chill or less active dog. And if you don’t have another fur baby in your home don’t feel bad as Leah sees her human as her best friend and will follow you to the moon and back. Despite her initial shyness, she quickly warms up to new people, displaying a cat and dog-friendly disposition. With low energy levels, Leah requires minimal exercise, content with a leisurely neighborhood walk. She excels on a leash, ensuring effortless strolls after a long day.
Leah loves to spend time with her human. Her human is her best friend!! 🥰 A true companion, she thrives on being by your side, whether you're in the kitchen or tending to yard work. Leah is exceptionally well-suited for families with children due to her gentle nature. She is a super calm gal, so she loves her adorable naps on her soft bed with warm fuzzy blankets. So if you need a nap she will support you 100% and will snuggle next to you. If you work at home she will be by your side keeping you company and simply napping. She loves watching tv so please make some room next to you and get some popcorn as you will get yourself a Netflix night date partner. ❤️

Why adopt from Three Little Pitties?
The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it!
Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be!
It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks:
• 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.)
• A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week)
• One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan
• 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan
• Coupons for a fun visit to Petco
• Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup!
We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes.
