Luna is a 5 year old border collie beagle mix. She loves being able to explore outside, as she is very adventurous. Luna also loves to cuddle and play. She has been groomed regularly, been kept up to date on all of her shots, and is kennel trained. It takes her a little bit of time to warm up to other dogs, but she is good with them. She does not like cats. Luna knows a few basic commands, like sit, wait, okay, roll over, and kennel. She is such a lover and would make someone very happy! We will provide you with all of Luna’s paperwork from the vet, her toys, kennel, and food.

"She ran calling "WILD.....FIRE"!! That is a haunting song.... I promise, though..I am not a HAUNTER!! But I may love to run around and around and AROUND :) I am a puppy! I am so sweet and cuddly, when i finish running around ;) I have plenty of energy so you HAVE to be ready to burn it off with mental and physical exercise. I am SMART too! Teach me who you want me to be and I will learn! I was found with 4 siblings living (dumped) at the Home Depot...but it was a LUCKY BREAK, cause we were seen by the husband of a rescuer and we got SAVED! Now I am in my foster home and learning the "ropes" ;) Potty training is getting better every day, I mean our foster mom takes us out often for potty control and I am really working hard to wait for the next jaunt outside! I also am crate training too! I don't like to pee or poop where I sleep- as long as I don't eat right before bed and go outside as soon as I wake up I am doing great!! I seriously am ready for my family, I LOVE to play and am great with all dogs big, small, old or babies. AND i have one half BLUE EYE!! The better to see you with, my new family! :) ADOPT ME SOON!! Now, before we go any further into my story.... let me warn you...it contains heartache and then some puppies, and fear and even some hopelessness. We do go to the top of the mountain as well, so hold in for the wild ride of my life:) maybe you will get to be my happily ever after.... So I was born a poor border collie mixed pup, in the miserable heat, in a disgusting backyard. To a mama that could have been so beautiful, if she had been brushed and cared for.... Fast forward thru almost 4 YEARS of misery and puppies, we were saved!!! I was saved with 9 newborn puppies and my sister/daughter/ cousin, etccc Princess and HER 9 PUPPIES TOO! We landed safe and sound at the rescue! We are now gorgeous girls and all pups grown and adopted! Now its time for me!! I am a single gal, and really don't like other dogs in my business. I want to be the Queen of the house :D Adopt me and I will fill YOUR home with my love and devotion. Oreo Cookies are da BEST cookies ever! And i are one of them :D So you now know all about me ;) Except the creamy center, which may explain why i am in a rescue looking for a furever home.. It isn't my fault ;( I mean, picture this..... there i was, minding my own business... and my mom and dad sit me down to tell me that they are getting a divorce :( And my mom, brother and I will be homeless soon :( :( what do you do??? I was lucky enough to find a rescue that was able to help me be safe and loved. (my mom and brother found a safe place too) So here i am at the rescue, just waiting to be discovered by my real forever family and I have some things to tell you about me.... Moxie is a 2-year-old Border Collie mix. She is pretty shy, but is a deeply loving girl looking for a patient home. This sweet girl takes time to build trust, but once she does, her bond is lifelong. She is fully potty trained, very smart, and thrives on routine. Moxie needs a very quiet home with dog-savvy kids ages 10+ and people who understand fearful dogs.Moxie needs to be an only dog. Moxie does fine with dog saavy cats. She walks nicely on leash when she feels safe and enjoys hiking, agility and paddle boarding. She does not like crowds or loud noises and she’ll need a quiet, safe space during fireworks.She is an active dog who needs regular exercise and mental stimulation. She loves toys (especially squeaky ones), is treat-motivated when comfortable, and has shown great potential in training despite minimal experience. Because of her sensitivities, Moxie will require multiple meet and greets with her potential adopters to ensure a successful forever home for her!
