While she may seem a little reserved at first, give her a bit of time and she’ll blossom into the most loyal, affectionate companion who just wants to be by your side.Moxie shines when it comes to making friends! She does wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and would absolutely benefit from having a canine buddy in her home to help boost her confidence and show her the ropes. She’s also done great with kids and has a calm, mild-mannered nature, especially around smaller dogs. While she hasn’t met cats just yet, her gentle demeanor suggests she could do just fine with a proper introduction.This smart girl is already making great progress with her training. Moxie is crate trained for a full workday, is doing well with a regular potty routine, and is learning quickly with consistency. Ira is an (almost) 11-year-old Border Collie mix, though people are routinely surprised when they find out his age! He has the energy of a much younger dog. At 32 pounds, he's big enough to have a real presence but small enough to scoop up as needed. Through no fault of his own, Ira needs a new home as he is not so sure about the toddler in the family.Ira is happiest when he's with YOU. Whether you are looking for a companion for long walks or a buddy to curl up on the couch with (or both!), Ira is your guy. He's a charmer with a stellar track record of winning over dog people and non-dog people alike through his affectionate and snuggly demeanor. Ira is a little smarty-pants who knows his commands (sit, stay, shake, roll over — though he can only roll to his left!).Ira would do best with adults or teenagers only at home. He is uneasy around young children and is leash reactive to other dogs. He has NO major medical issues.

Our extremely handsome Border Collie mix boy is called Bear Bear and he is a little guy who was born around the early week of February and he is ready to energize a new family at their very core.   He is so happy and loving and at 13 weeks he is 13 pounds and on his way to be a 45 pound adult dog.  His ready smile and curious nature are just a joy to behold.  He was brought to the Critter Cavalry Rescue fold and to a foster home after he left his KY Momma who Critter Cavalry paid to have spayed and fully vetted as a gratitude to have the puppies.  Bear Bear is just an engaging and warm little puppy who has a wonderful smile and beautiful markings that promise him to become a handsome Border Collie mix boy who will turn heads.   Bear Bear is still working on potty breaks and almost 1000% there.  He just needs a willing and kind  family who are great at training and being a loving group who are patient.
