BEST DOG EVER! LOVES PEOPLE AND OTHER DOGS! Missing out on an excellent family pet. Please contact us to submit an application directly at Kzyrnr17@yahoo.com or info@dogdiggityrescue.com I need a family with an owned house with yard and a friendly dog friend I can play with. Bonnie is a female 1 yr old 41 lb Border Collie. She loves other dogs and people. She is an energetic, very affectionate and smart gal that likes playing with her foster dogs and toys. She likes to swim too. She is crate trained. She is a great companion for an active/outdoorsy family with a securely fenced yard. She is an indoor dog that will enjoy daily walks/hikes and some dog training. No apartments! No cats please. Border Collie experience highly recommended. L & S Dog Diggity Rescue is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 500,000 homeless pets. We save homeless and abandoned dogs and find them loving forever homes in other areas, where pet homelessness is not epidemic. All of our pets are located here, in San Antonio, and we partner with rescues to provide transportation for our pets to their new homes. Our adoption fee includes vet care (vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchipping, etc), as well as transportation and health certificate. Please contact us to ask about our adoption process and our adoption fees.

Story
I am 43lbs, 7 years old, and l am looking for my forever home. Adoption Donation: $75 I am very smart, loving and affectionate. I know "sit" and "lie down". I'm a good girl for baths and being brushed. I am house and crate trained. I am very cuddly once I get to know you. You could take me on a run or just play a game of tug-o-war with me.  All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption. An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present to be able to adopt. A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. Animal House Shelter cannot guarantee the breeds of the adoptable animals. The animals are posted on the website as the breed or breed mix based on their physical characteristics they most resemble. We also cannot guarantee the ages of our adoptable animals or how large puppies will be when fully grown. We look forward to seeing you soon! I AM IN FOSTER CARE! PLEASE FILL OUT OUR ADOPTION APPLICATION. ONCE APPROVED, PLEASE EMAIL US (INFO@ANIMALHOUSESHELTER.COM) AND WE CAN SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR YOU TO MEET ME! I am 74lbs, 9 years young, and l am looking for my forever home. Adoption Donation: $75 I like going on car rides. I'm house-trained and know "sit" and "shake". I've been told I have the cutest smile, and I love being with my humans. I'm a good girl taking a bath, being brushed and going to the vet. Note from my foster family: Roxi is gentle, loves to cuddle, and wants to be with someone whenever she can. She loves naps, walks where she can sniff absolutely everything in sight, getting brushed, riding in the car with the windows down, all kinds of treats and snacks, and ear scratches. She is extremely tolerant of children, even though she prefers adults and once she’s comfortable in her new home and finds a toy she likes, she enjoys playing fetch with anyone who will encourage her. She is very well behaved, and we have not needed to have her in a crate at all, even when she’s alone in the house (we just put a gate in our kitchen). She will wait at the door or window for you until you come back. Roxi is a huge love bug who would be a great addition to any family! All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present at the time of your appointment. A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. The shelter is currently open by appointment only with an approved application. Please note, all applications are considered general and stay on file for 6 months. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption.
