Cindy is a 1 yr old Border Collie who is a bit timid on first meeting but warms up quickly (especially given a treat!) She is very active and will need a fenced in yard and an active family, preferably one who has experiece with the breed. You must be willing to give her daily exercise. She is dog friendly and would do better with older children.Please submit an application at pawshs.org and NOT a Petfinder inquiry as they may not be answered due to the volume of these inquiries received. Our adoption fees include the cost of spaying/neutering, vaccinations (including rabies for cats / dogs over 4 months of age), flea prevention, worming, FeLV/FIV testing, heartworm test for dogs over 1 yrs old, and microchipping. She is crate trained, leash trained and likes car rides. She will do best in a home with an active family and with a securely fenced yard. L & S Dog Diggity Rescue is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 800,000 homeless pets. We save homeless and abandoned dogs and find them loving forever homes in other areas, where pet homelessness is not epidemic. Born: February 12, 2026 I am looking for my forever home. Adoption Donation: $600 My litter includes: Cupcake, Guinea, Mango, Muffin, and Rosie All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present to be able to adopt. A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are recommended. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. Monty is a sweet boy who loves playing and cuddles. Monty has lots of energy and loves playing with toys. Monty enjoys plush toys with squeakers. He loved to go outside and play and loves going for walks. Monty has learned how to sit and is very treat motivated. He has SO much energy that it takes a bit to get him to learn commands.
