This lad loves people, children, dogs that are gentle with him and want to play with him. He is a very happy, outgoing and energetic lad that loves to play with toys, crate trained and leash trained. Loves hanging with his people where ever you at. Likes car rides. He will do best in a home with another dog his size and energy level where someone is home, has children and a securely fenced yard. Lots of activity farm would be great too for him, No apartments please! L & S Dog Diggity Rescue is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 800,000 homeless pets. We save homeless and abandoned dogs and find them loving forever homes in other areas, where pet homelessness is not epidemic. Scott is a Border Collie mix puppy and a member of our Heated Rivalry group. He came to us from Ozarks Pet Rescue after originally being found as a stray with his mom, Sheba, by Poplar Bluff Animal Control. Sheba had some pretty severe medical issues as a result of raising her puppies, but she is now happy, healthy, and the whole family is ready to find the loving homes they deserve. Scott is a typical playful and curious puppy, and he is such a sweet, endearing little guy with the cutest face. He has a gentle, loving personality that makes it hard not to fall in love the moment you meet him. He will do best in a family committed to continuing his basic training and socialization so he can grow into a confident, well-mannered adult dog. Scott is currently working on crate training and learning his basic manners, and he’s doing great for his age. Scott is available to a foster-to-adopt home within 30 minutes of Madison while he completes his medical care. This is a wonderful opportunity to help him settle into home life while he finishes vetting. If you’re looking for a puppy who is equal parts adorable, sweet, and full of potential, Scott may be your perfect match.
