Story
Hey… I’m Spud! My brothers and I started life together — left at a vet clinic when we were only a few hours old. We were tiny, confused, and needed help fast. Thankfully, we found people who showed us love right away. I’m a Boxer mix, and while I’m small, I’ve got a big, steady heart. I’m doing great now — eating well, growing stronger every day, and learning how this whole “puppy life” thing works.I’m pretty proud that I already use my potty pads, and when I’m not doing that, you’ll probably find me hanging out with a soft toy or watching what everyone else is doing. I like my world calm and kind: I enjoy other dogs, Cats are okay with me, and Gentle kids are my favorite. I’ve been loved since the very beginning, and it shows. I’m sweet, thoughtful, and ready for a family who will keep showing me what love looks like. If you’re looking for a puppy who’s easy to love and hard to forget… I’m right here.   All of our animals reside in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their perfect match. If you are interested in meeting this animal, please complete an adoption application on our website: https://www.BestPawsRescue.com   Spay/Neuter PolicyAny animal that has not been spayed or neutered at the time of adoption will require a signed Spay/Neuter Agreement and a refundable $100 deposit (payable by check or electronic payment). The procedure must be completed within six (6) months of the adoption date. Once Best Paws Rescue receives acceptable proof of the spay/neuter procedure, the deposit will be refunded to the adopter.Failure to comply with the terms of the Spay/Neuter Agreement within the required six (6) months will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If the procedure is performed by one of Best Paws Rescue’s approved veterinary partners, the full cost of the spay/neuter is covered by the adoption fee. Ages and breeds are our best estimates, and we cannot make any guarantees. Most of our animals come from overcrowded shelters with limited resources. We do our best to evaluate each animal’s behavior and medical needs and place them into loving foster homes until they are ready to go home with you. Our organization is operated entirely by dedicated volunteers who give their time and love out of the goodness of their hearts. ##2617396##

Story
Hello… I’m Yukon! I came into this world beside my brothers, and not long after, we were left at a vet clinic when we were only a few hours old. We were so small we fit in the palm of a hand, and we didn’t know what would come next. I’m a Boxer mix, and I’ve been held, fed, and loved from my very first days. Because of that, I’m learning that the world is a safe place — one gentle moment at a time. I’m doing really well now. I’m eating great, growing stronger, and I already know how to use my potty pads. I love soft toys, quiet snuggles, and being close to people. I have a calm, thoughtful way about me. I enjoy: the company of other dogs, cats, and kind, gentle children I didn’t get much control over how my life started… but I get to hope for how it continues. If you’re looking for a puppy who will grow up knowing how precious love is — I would be honored to be yours.   All of our animals reside in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their perfect match. Hi… I’m Baby Red! I came into this world in a way I didn’t expect — my three brothers and I were left at a vet clinic when we were only a few hours old. We were tiny, scared, and didn’t know what would happen next. But kind humans stepped in… and now I’m safe. I may be the smallest of the bunch, but I’m strong and growing every day. I’m eating really well, I already know how to use my potty pads, and I’ve discovered that soft toys are the BEST thing ever. I’m a Boxer mix, and I have a gentle, curious heart. I like: other dogs, cats, and kind, gentle kids I’ve been loved since my very first days, so I’m learning that the world can be a good place. All I’m missing now is my forever person — someone who will keep me safe, teach me new things, and love me for the rest of my life. If you think that might be you… I’m ready.    All of our animals reside in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their perfect match. Story
💥 Meet Carmy: Who Needs A Man When You Can Have THIS Man? 💥 Single, stunning, and slightly dramatic (doesn’t he sound perfect already?!), Carmy is the whole package. At just 2 to 3 years old, this handsome block-head of a heartthrob is out here living his best main-character life, and he’s looking for a human to join his story. Carmy has that rugged, misunderstood bad-boy energy, but with the emotional depth of a Keith Sweat song (YouTube it, youngsters). He’ll melt into your lap like butter, then act personally offended when you get up to grab a snack. Let’s be clear: Carmy will need to be your one and only. He’s not here to play fetch with your cousin’s doodle. He’s not interested in “making friends” or “doggy playdates.” Nah, Carmy is the Beyoncé of dogs- he doesn’t share the stage. He’s loyal. He’s hilarious. He’s dramatic. He will judge all your neighbors as he relentlessly keeps watch out the window. Then beg for a walk only to decide 10 minutes later that it's too hot. He’s an entire mood. 🔥 What Carmy brings to the table: Olympic-level “woos” when excited and gold medal recall! Excellent golfing skills Judging your neighbors more than even the crankiest member of neighborhood watch. A head like a bowling ball and a heart just as big A RBF that’ll have the mailman questioning his life choices 💅 What he’s not bringing: A tolerance for other dogs (he said what he said) Independent nature. Sleeping alone is overrated anyway. This guy wants to snuggle. Too much energy. A mile long walk and he is ready to chill. If you’ve got a dog-free home, a good sense of humor, and the emotional bandwidth to love something THIS MUCH—then congratulations, you may have just found your soulmate. Let’s be honest, who needs a guy when THIS guy is all you’ll need. Adopt Carmy. He’s got the looks, the loyalty, and the big energy your life’s been missing. Carmy is fostered in the Madison, WI area. Albert's Dog Lounge is a specialty rescue focusing primarily on senior and special needs dogs. Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and then a meet and greet with the dog. Adoption fee is $350, ($600 for a pair).
