Moe is a young Boxer mix with a big personality and a loving heart. He’s potty trained, crate trained, listens well, and does great with other dogs. Moe is generally good-natured and likes to stay close to his people—he enjoys being part of whatever’s going on. Moe loves toys and snuggles and has an active, playful side that will thrive with an engaged family. He would do best in an active home that can provide structure, exercise, and continued training. Because Moe can get mouthy during play, he should not be placed in a home with small children. Moe will need an experienced dog owner. While he shows no signs of aggression in daily life, he has reacted with little warning when medications are applied to his ears or skin during treatment for infections. Outside of these situations, he is affectionate and stable. His future family should be comfortable working with a veterinarian and using management strategies for medical care. One thing to note—Moe is curious and a known countertop surfer! Food should be kept out of reach, as he won’t hesitate to help himself if given the chance. Moe is looking for a knowledgeable, active home that understands his needs and will love him for the fun, loyal companion he is. Brucie is a very handsome, young boy looking for a forever home of his own. We believe he is a Boxer mix, sporting a very attractive brindle coat. We estimate Brucie’s date of birth at February 10, 2021. At the time of this posting he is just under two years old. He is about 60 lbs. Brucie loves people and is very affectionate. Given his size and energy level, he would not be an ideal canine companion for younger children. We expect children over the age of 12 would be ok. And of course, an all-adult home would be perfect for Brucie! Brucie is very active and energetic, and sometimes can get carried away with his play. He loves running in the secure, fenced yard of his foster home. He keeps himself entertained; he would not do well in a dog park or day care. An ideal home for Brucie is one in which he can thrive as an only dog, with a family experienced with larger dogs who sometimes can get out of hand. Brucie’s only “watch-out” is that he can be a bit of a resource guarder with his food and bones, but this issue can readily be managed as he gets to know his new family and as they learn more about him!! As is the case with all young, larger dogs, Brucie would greatly benefit from obedience training which can also be a bonding experience with his new family. No doubt, Brucie has the potential to evolve into the perfect pup, but is looking for that family willing to commit to him and provide him the forever home he deserves. JJ, AKA;Jack; he is 8 years old Is a very smart dog, trained to sit , lay, follow commands, He is on schedule and aware of schedule - he understands human words Loves attention, loves to have companion, loves walks. He was bottle-fed as baby had lots of love and attention. I was his only owner, He is getting up there in age and showing signs of it. He will still fetch ball and has spurts of energy, but not all the time. JJ recently has been experiencing some behavioral issues out of the blue, he forgets who we are when startled, he doesn’t know who we are until he visually sees us He gets aggressive at times, then snaps out of it. JJ needs a companion and a home without children, he may be ok with other dogs , he has been with our 2 others just fine and visits with family dogs. Fenced in yard, if not supervised He needs someone to pay attention, respond to his special needs at this point. He is being rehomed because of his changes in behavior that I cannot manage.
