Story
Hi I'm Haley. I was a stray mom and a family was kind enough to feed me and allow me to have my kittens in her home when I got pregnant. My kittens are looking their forever homes also.. I have been spayed, dewormed, vaccinated and looking for my forever home now. They would keep me as I am very sweet, purr, like being petted, do circles around your legs, head butt you but their other 2 girls are mean to me. Please text Juan at (510) 962-0290 to find out how I can be a part of your forever family.

Story
Lucille is a special FIV+ girl who is well-loved by her foster family. She is very sweet and outgoing and loves people. Lucille gets along well with respectful children but does require a slow introduction to other animals. Please note that FIV: 1. Is a “cat only” disease and cannot be transmitted to humans under any circumstances. 2. Is not a death sentence. FIV+ cats live long, healthy, and relatively symptom-free lives. 3. Is not easily passed between cats. It cannot be transmitted casually through shared litter boxes, water and food bowls, or when snuggling or playing. If you are interested in adopting, please follow the steps below: 1. Visit https://www.ebarr.org/adopt/ 2. Read the complete information on this page. 3. Visit the website subpage (Dogs|Puppies, Cats|Kittens, or Special Needs|Adults) for the type of animal you want to adopt. Links are on the main 'Adopt' page. 4. Follow the detailed instructions on the subpage to fill out an application and email it to us for review.May 25, 2024, 12:12 am

Story
I am unfortunately in a position where I need to rehome my beloved 6 year old female calico cat due to severe allergies. She has been a part of our family for some time now, but our health concerns require us to find a new loving home for her. She is a timid cat who has only been attached to one owner, so she would do best in a quiet home with a safe and peaceful environment. She tends to stay in a safe area unless it's just her and the owner, so she will need a patient and understanding owner who can help her come out of her shell. Despite her timid nature, she is incredibly affectionate once she opens up and will show you endless love and loyalty. She likes to attach to one person, but it may take some time for her to fully trust and bond with her new owner. It is preferable that there are no other animals other than cats in the home to ensure she feels comfortable and secure. She lived with our other cat for 4 years of her life until he passed so she is comfortable with cats.

Story
Patchy is a five-year-old feline with a striking patchwork coat that matches her name. She's a medium cat with expressive eyes that seem to hold endless curiosity about the world around her. Patchy is a playful and independent cat who enjoys spending her days exploring her surroundings. She's not one to shy away from a good adventure, whether it's chasing after toys or investigating new nooks and crannies around the house. Despite her independent nature, Patchy has a soft spot for cuddles and affection, often curling up on her human's lap for some quality bonding time. In a new home, Patchy is looking for a quiet and calm environment where she can be the center of attention. She prefers to be the only pet in the household, as she thrives on undivided attention from her human companions. A home with plenty of cozy spots for napping and ample opportunities for playtime would be ideal for Patchy. Adjectives to describe Patchy: curious, playful, independent, affectionate, and unique.
