Hi, I'm Ronnie! I'm a playful, fun-loving dog who loves to be around others. I get along well with most dogs once properly introduced and have lived with cats - I love to bark and chase them in a friendly, playful way. I enjoy kids too and always try to be gentle when playing. I can have fun with all kinds of toys (and even things that aren't toys!). I'm potty-trained, know my basic commands, walk nicely on a leash, and enjoy car rides. Wednesday is currently in a foster home in HOUSTON, TX and is eligible to transport to an adopter as soon as one is lined up. Our adoption application can be found at the bottom of this pet's bio. Wednesday and her brother Pugsley were found roaming as strays at a local public school. They both were crossing a busy street and teachers were worried they would get hit by a car. One of the teachers reached out to us for help with getting the 2 off the streets and we were able to take them both in. Wednesday is now in a loving foster home and is flourishing, but she's ready for her forever home! Wednesday is estimated to be about 6 months old (as of 12/13/25) and is fully vaccinated and microchipped. She'll be spayed between 6 months - 1 year of age. Wednesday is a shepherd mix and currently weighs 30 pounds. We do anticipate she will grow to be a medium - large sized pup once she's fully grown. Breed, age & estimated weight are all based off of our vet's best estimate since we don't have any parents to go off of. Wednesday is dog friendly and currently lives with other dogs in her foster home. She enjoys running and playing with her doggie foster siblings. She's young and still has some puppy energy, but her foster mom also describes her as a couch potato who enjoys cuddles on the couch with her human. Wednesday is also cat friendly and currently lives with cats in her foster home. Her foster mom describes her as very calm and says that Wednesday is fine with the cats and doesn't really pay any attention to them. Wednesday is kid friendly and has been around children ages 2 and 8 and she is so sweet and gentle with everyone. Wednesday is potty and crate trained and does well in her crate! She stays in there while her foster mom is away from home for work or errands. She sleeps in bed with her foster mom at night time and is such a good girl. She curls up in bed and sleeps all through the night. Wednesday is still a young pup, so she's still learning to walk on a leash, but she's such a smart girl and a quick learner! Snowby's nickname is Snowball. He does a little twirl when going out for a walk. He gets along with most dogs so proper introduction is a must. He is very loyal and loving. Axle is a 4 year old big friendly giant. We had adopted him from a military family when my spouse and I first got married. He is the sweetest dog, always kind, very gentle with everyone especially children and gets along with other dogs and loves cats. He is a very big dog, last weighing 90lbs. He is house trained, kennel trained however we don’t require him to sleep in a kennel. Axle is a dog who has a lot of energy and needs the space (backyard, or land) to run on. He is not an apartment dog. We are hoping to find him a loving home with other dogs, or with someone who can give him the attention he needs and provide him with the space he needs to have a good life. We feed him kibble from Costco mixed with some chicken food toppers, and he absolutely loves cheese. He does not bark and is not reactive. Axle will only bark if someone rings the door bell or knocks on the front door. We are really hoping to find a loving home for him

Rescue Story * Buddle was sitting idly in a wire cage with holes underneath, lifted off the ground, at a rural house in Damyang, Jeollanam-do. Basic Information * With People: Likes people and actively shows interest in them but avoids your hands if you actively try to pet him. Quite likes being petted once you actually get ahold of him, but doesn’t completely let his guard down. Although he’s curious about people, he growls or barks out of fear if he seems someone making large movements or holding and shaking something in their hand. Due to a bit of shyness, he sometimes waits over food until people are gone. One or two canine teeth are slightly chipped, but there is no nerve damage, so no immediate treatment is necessary. 2⃣ Rescue Story * White spent time at a dogslaughter farm in Juksan, where he witnessed his fellow dogs being killed right before his eyes. He lived in constant fear, but when Adogs shut down the farm, he was finally given a second chance at life. 3⃣ Basic Information * With People: Is a bit shy. Approaches to sniff and sticks around familiar people, but runs away if you try to touch him. If you corner him a bit so he can’t run away, he accepts being petted. Is okay with familiar people touching him at any space! You can minimize the time it takes to get closer to him with treats. Although he isn’t yet affectionate with people, he’s in the process of opening his heart and will get close to people quickly once he lives in a family home. * With Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs and does not cause issues. Is not particularly interested in approaching new dogs first. Seems to prefer smaller-sized dogs and plays well with familiar companions. * With Cats: It is unclear how he will react as he hasn’t met cats yet. * Separation Anxiety: Not confirmed as he is currently living in a group setting at our center. * Potty Training: Does only outdoor pottying at our center. * Hygiene: Runs away when you try to take care of him but once you catch him and start petting and brushing him, he stays still and enjoys it. * Walks: Gets a bit nervous when walking outside so it’s recommended to take him out to quiet and familiar places.
