Story
These beautiful girls are the sweetest. But you wouldn't know that by the names their former humans picked for them! Malus (black and white) and Spite (orange and white) are both 7 years old loving ladies that came from the same home, yet each has their own distinctive personality. Both are complete cuddle bugs; but Malus will take her time warming up to you. Spite, on the other hand, will demand immediate attention from you. Malus will devour any food, whereas Spite has a more sensitive stomach. Malus has shorter elegant hair. Spite is long haired and fluffy. These two don’t cuddle with each other, but they will happily cozy up on either side of you and make you into a sandwich. They enjoy quiet time, but are happy to socialize if there is activity in the house. Both are fine with dogs and kids. And they would be contented to be adopted together. But it also seems that they are not totally attached to each other and would be fine in different homes where they get all the attention from the family. A safe yard to explore in summer would be lovely. They are ready for their own forever families, or family, who will love and cherish them forever. In Anchorage. Call 907 980-8898

Story
Habbie is a sweetheart of a lady with a heart of gold and affectionately nicknamed Gabby by her foster mom! She is inquisitive and likes to explore her surroundings with a curious but cautious nature. Give her some time, letting her make the first moves to come to you and she will soon be your best friend! Habbie is a total chow hound when it comes to her food! She just can’t get enough! She isn’t picky, she is just happy to have yummy snacks and meals. She loves other cats and is always wanting to play so a kitty friend in her new home is a must. We aren’t sure how she is with dogs or kids, but she might do okay with a mellow pup who respects her space, or a gentle child who would play with her. The feather toy, chasing balls, and rolling in catnip are her favorite things to do on these cold winter days! She would prefer a quieter home so older kids would be best. She is estimated to be 2-3 years old. Come summertime she will need a safe yard to enjoy basking in the sun and feeling the warm breeze blow across her as she hunts bugs! She is in Wasilla. Please call 907-350-8089. Thank you!

Story
Introducing Emma (Another spice girl)! She even knows her name and has one of the nicest purrs ever. Emma is a demure beautiful kitten with a pristine white coat. She sports a coordinating hat and a full dark tail. At 5 months old, Emma is really coming into her own. She loves the other cats and has even wanted to take a closer look at the dog (on the other side of the gate). A nice calm dog would be okay with her and of course she must have a friendly, playful kitty friend in her new home. Older children who aren’t rambunctious would be fine too. A safe enjoyable yard to explore is a must. What is better in a cat's eyes than lounging in the grass on a warm sunny day! She is in Wasilla. Please call 907-350-8089.

Story
Mel is an adorable spice girl! She was very spicy at first. Her ‘hello’ was a hiss and then she would lean into your hand for pets. What a transformation she has made with love and patience! As soon as she started to trust her foster mom, she would sit on her lap to give a very quiet purr. Time, love and patience are the key to winning this girl’s heart! A quiet settled home will be best suited for her. Older children will be okay too! Mel can leap tall cat trees in a single bound, especially when it’s time for wet cat food. She was the first to welcome her new foster brother. She will definitely need one, or two, or three, other kitties to spend time with. She is curious about dogs, but still wary so a mellow easy-going dog will be okay that will give her space. A safe yard to enjoy warm summer days is a must for this gorgeous lady! She is 5 months old and in Wasilla. Please call 907-350-8089.

Story
Scooter! This little guy will “scoot” his way right into your heart! His little kitty "coos" and chill attitude bring a special addition to the home. Scooter loves playing with toys and enjoys snuggling up close. Despite being born with a spinal deformity, he shows little limitations when it comes to climbing the cat tower or jumping into bed at night. He has been checked by the vet and has been given the all-clear. He may experience some arthritis later in life and would benefit from a supplement to help with any joint pain. He can move quicker than you can blink when he gets his kitty zoomies or hears the treat container shake. Scooter is so sweet and handsome. He uses a litter box with no concerns and loves his morning wet food and kibble throughout the day. He plays like he’s part of the pack with all 3 dogs and the other cat. He would do best with a kitty friend, and nice dogs are just fine too! He does great with gentle children too. A family that has the time to give him extra love and attention is a must. Since he does drag/scoot on his back leg’s majority of the time gets a quick bath for his backside on a weekly basis which he is very good about. If his new home doesn’t have carpet, rugs will need to be provided for him so he can get around the house easily. He deserves to be able to spend some time outside in the fresh air and sunshine, but he will need a home with a safe outdoor enclosure or he will need to supervised all the time he is outside! He is about 1 year old and in Wasilla. Please call 907-350-8089.

Story
Olive is a sweet, funny-faced girl about 5 years old. She is very affectionate with her people. She loves pets. She very much loves her people. She does fine with other cats but is not a fan of dogs. She had lived in a family with another cat for years and they did fine but they were not bonded. She would do okay with another easy going cat in the house. Or it seems like she may be fine as the only cat in the house. What she wants more than anything is to have a loving family who will never leave her again. She will need a place to go outside for little jaunts in the grass next summer. And if she could do that with her people, that would be the best. If you're looking for a very affectionate and sweet girl, Olive would be perfect. In Soldotna. Call 907 953-0333
