Story
This is my son's cat. He needed to rehome her after moving in with his girlfriend they discovered she was allergic to cats. My female cat does not like her. She is a lovey can who likes to cuddle. She is very quiet and well behaved. She comes with a food and water dish, a bed, a litter pan, and a litter genie.

Story
My friends at Wayside say:-I`m a sweet and loving cat.-I can be a bit nervous in new places.-I like to roll around when I`m happy.-Don`t worry about the surprised look on my face! -I love some active wand play! My home preferences are:-I would do well in most homes.-I will need time to acclimate in the home.-I will need ample playtime and enrichment.Purrs to meet you, I’m Carnita!I’m a sweet and lovable 2-year-old tabby girl with a playful spirit and so much love to give. One of my favorite ways to show I’m happy is by rolling all around and soaking up attention; it’s kind of my signature move!New places can make me a little nervous at first, so I may need some time to settle in and feel comfortable. But once I realize I’m safe and loved, my sweet purrsonality really starts to shine. My friends think I would do well in most homes as long as my new family is patient while I acclimate to my new surroundings.I also LOVE to play! Toys, games, chasing fun things around the house. Let’s just say that I’m always ready for playtime and would love a home that can give me lots of enrichment and activities to keep me entertained. If you’re looking for a gentle, playful girl who will reward your patience with lots of love and adorable happy rolls, I think we’d make the perfect match. Come meet me soon!Love, Carnita

Story
My friends at Wayside say:-I am part of Wayside`s TABBY program!-I have come a long way, but I still have a long way to go -I do not like to be touched, but I do like toys, videos, and other enrichment-I am quite a talker!-I am VERY food motivated!Home preferences:-A patient, cat savvy home-A home with no children under 15 years, but it is recommended no children at allHi, I’m Peter! I’m a 3-year-old TABBY kitty with a big purr-sonality and a lot of spunk. I’ve come a long way in learning about life in a home, but I’m still working on building my confidence and trust. I’m not a fan of being touched, but I absolutely love toys, videos, and other fun enrichment activities that keep my curious mind busy.I’m quite the talker and will let you know exactly what I’m thinking…especially when food is involved, because I’m VERY motivated by it! I’m cat-savvy and would do best in a home that understands my unique personality and gives me space to be myself. I’m also FIV+, so I’ll need someone who’s informed and caring about my health needs. If you’re looking for a clever, lively, and spirited kitty who comes with lots of personality and loves to engage in his own way, I might just be your perfect companion. Love, Peter

Story
*special note: This cat is from a hoarding situation. They will likely need time to adjust to home life. They have lived with many other cats but may have not experienced socialization with people and things like petting and large open spaces are overwhelming for them. Adopters should be willing to be patient during this process. Sequestering a cat in one small room for 2-4 weeks can be very helpful and gives the cat a safe place to call their own. It is important to let them go at their own pace with building a relationship with their new family and limiting lots of commotion and visitors in the beginning is wise. They may have not experienced life outside of the hoarding situation, so things could be overwhelming for them at first. Patience and positive interactions are crucial. Aversive methods of training should be avoided. Using treats, play and enrichment to build trust and teach new things is the way to go! All cats are of course unique and the time in which they each warm up to people and places is just as unique as they are.My Friends at Wayside say:-I am a social eater-I love treats of ALL kinds!-I enjoy watching videos-I enjoy mentally stimulating activities-I’m a graduate of Wayside’s TABBY program-I’m shy at first but full of love!-I enjoy being independentMy home preferences (Restrictions):-I would like a quiet home environment-I will need extra time to warm up in a home-Children in the home must be 6 and older-I will need a cat savvy adopter-I will require regular groomingHello, I’m Vetra!I’m a 6-year-old longhaired lady with a gentle heart and a quiet soul. I came from a hoarding situation, so the big, busy world can feel a little overwhelming at first. I like to take my time getting to know new people and places, but if you’re patient with me, you’ll start to see just how much love I have to give.I’m a proud graduate of the TABBY program (To Achieve Best Behavior Yet), and I’ve worked hard to build my confidence. I may be shy when we first meet, but I promise there’s a sweet, affectionate girl underneath it all, just waiting to feel safe enough to shine.I’m a bit of an independent spirit. I enjoy doing my own thing and having my own space, but I also appreciate quiet companionship. I’m a social eater, so I like having someone nearby while I enjoy my meals (especially since I love all treats…seriously, I won’t say no!). One of my favorit

They’re pretty unforgettable. My friends here say they give me a one-of-a-kind look, and I have to agree!I can be a shy girl at first, but once I start feeling comfortable, my playful side really shines. I love enrichment activities that keep my brain busy, watching fun videos, and snacking on treats of any kind. Seriously… if you have treats, we’re already off to a great start.
