I'm a little cat with a big personality! I arrived at HOPE after having to be surrendered by the family that took me in after I was kicked out of my home. They loved me but I really didn't like their current cats. Most the lobby cat's here at the shelter annoy me a lot too, so I would prefer to be your only one. Other than that, I absolutely love people. I'm always ready for any kind of attention you give me. When I first got to the shelter I was a bit stressed and grouchy. So I may need a few days in your home to adjust before I'm ready for all that love, but I will get there quickly!

Hey, I'm Mama Kitty! I was surrendered to HOPE when my owner was unfortunately moved into assisted living after months in the ICU due to a horrible incident. Her daughters took care of me and my 5 roomies but it couldn't last long term. We were all very, very loved though! 3 of those roomies are actually my babies, Baby Boy, Gracie and Blackie. They're quite shy and maybe they get it from me. I am pretty confident and absolutely love attention but sometimes I like to stay in my little hiding spots for awhile. I did take awhile to adjust to the environment here at HOPE so I'm hoping you can give me a little bit of time in my new home. But I promise, I will be the sweetest and most loving cat to make up for it!

Hi there, I'm Baby Boy. I was surrendered to HOPE when my owner was unfortunately moved into assisted living after months in the ICU. Her daughters took care of me and my 5 roomies but it couldn't last long term. We were all very, very loved though! I'm a shy guy, that's just how I've always been. I am the more confident of my siblings Gracie and Blackie, though. Our Mama Kitty is a little shy too. I'd probably do best in a calm home with a nice quiet place to adjust. It'll take some time but I would totally repay your patience with love as soon as I'm warmed up! I've always been sweet for the people here at the shelter.

My name is Madre because I came to HOPE with my two six-month kittens. I used to be a neighborhood stray, but some nice people took me in when I was about to give birth. Now I am here, hoping to find a forever home. I am a little shy at first, but even when I'm scared all I do is snuggle in and hide my head. So the folks here at HOPE say I am a sweet girl who just isn't quite sure about my new environment. I think that sounds about right. They also say I am gorgeous. I KNOW that is correct! My name is Jax and I’ve been going through it a bit lately. First my owner passed away and his family was unable to keep my sister and I so we were brought to HOPE. The people here are super nice but I was still a bit unsure and scared at first. My sister knew we were safe and was friendly and affectionate so I started adventuring out of my cage too. Then one night my sister passed away suddenly. Nobody is sure what happened since she never acted like anything was wrong but she was quite frail so the people think she might have had a hidden sickness. So i’m a bit lonely now and I’d love a nice, calm house to live in. I’m still a bit shy and unsure in new spaces but as long as you let me learn at my own pace, I will be nothing but sweet. I’m laid-back and calm at 8 years old. I don’t love the other cats but I mainly just ignore them and do not like when dogs get in my space at all, but not many cats do!

We're Butters & Leo! We are 6 year old orange tabby brothers and we are very ready to be in a home again! The people at HOPE are really hoping that we can be adopted and we've gotta say, we hope so too. When we first arrived we were pretty scared but once Leo learned the people here were super nice, it didn't take long for Butters to figure it out too. He's still a little timid but he leans into all the attention he can get. We're sure once we get back into a home and get to know our new family, we'll be super sweet and affectionate boys!
