Story
Looking for a sweet indoor cat to spoil? This little lady was dropped off at my mother-in-laws house this spring. She has been well taken care of, but we cannot keep her as we already have too many cats :) Mini is probably less than 18 months old and about 5.5 lbs. She gets along well with other cats. She's had some exposure to a dog, but he was very old and loved cats; I'm not sure she would do well with a young or very active dog. She's affectionate and would be fine with kids. We took care of all of her healthcare needs. She was spayed and is up to date on all her shots. She tested negative for feline FELV/FIV. All her records are on file with our vet and we'll be able to transfer that info over to your vet. Mini was treated for ear mites, but I think that may still be an issue so she will need to continue with her prescription ear drops (I will provide them). We are happy to bring Mini to you if you live within an hour or so from us (zip code 13081). Thank you!

He definitely appreciates a slower introduction that allows him to control the pace of things, so if you`ve a like mindset of `slow and steady wins the race`, why not come and meet him at our adoption center Wednesday–Sunday: 12:00–4:30 PM (Thursday: 12:00–6:30 PM)You can also reach our adoptions team:by email: adoptions@spcaonline.comby phone (during open hours): 607-257-1822 x221

Story
Slurms MacKenzie came to us as a stray, but thanks to a kind foster person, we now know so much more about this handsome young man! He likes to take things at his own pace when it comes to getting to know you, and he appreciates a very Zen household with plenty of hidey holes for him to relax in. Give him some time to settle in, entice him with treats, and you may get to see a rare zoomie or two from this fetching guy. He`s also got a keen sense of curiosity, so make sure that your trash bins are secure against his inquisitive nature. We also know that this quiet dude is FIV+, which means that his immune system is more susceptible to things that another cat would brush off, and will require biannual wellness checkups. His outdoor excursions are also at an end, but with enough gentle attention, tempting meals, and warm napping spots, we`re sure that he`ll be content with this change in his life. Does your home lack the mindful serenity that Slurms could bring into it? Come on over to the adoption center Wednesday-Sunday 12-4:30 (Thursday 12-6:30) and meet the dude himself. He`ll be waiting! You can also reach our adoptions team:by email: adoptions@spcaonline.comby phone (during open hours): 607-257-1822 x221

Story
Apple Dumpling is a big, beautiful girl with a whole lot of sweetness and just a touch of tortie sass. She was originally adopted from us in 2021 and has returned to start her new journey with a loving family. She`d prefer a home without younger kids. Teens would be ok for her as long as they understand and respect her boundaries. We don`t have any history of her with dogs or cats, but our adoptions team can provide all the information her new family may need to facilitate a smooth and thoughtful transition into their home. If you like your cats with just a little dash of spice, come meet Apple Dumpling Wednesday-Sunday 12-4:30 (Thursday 12-6:30).You can also reach our adoptions team:by email: adoptions@spcaonline.comby phone (during open hours): 607-257-1822 x221

Story
Well hello Dolly! This swell lookin` lady has come so far from the rough start to her life, and has never lost faith in our patient fosters who helped her to rediscover her inner glow. She`s shared living space with other cats and a dog with our foster families, but she`s definitely on the search for a calm, quiet home of her own to settle down into. She responds well to slow introductions, but she also enjoys a good lap snuggle with gentle head pets once she`s comfortable. She`s using her litterbox reliably, and is a *big* fan of pâté snacks. If you think Dolly might be a match for your family, stop by the adoption center Tuesday-Sunday 12-4:30 (Thursday 12-6:30).You can also reach our adoptions team:by email: adoptions@spcaonline.comby phone (during open hours): 607-257-1822 x221
