****Sponsored adoption fee***Sweet and friendly 7 month old tabby kitten. Chestnut was adopted and returned because the older resident cat did not like having an annoying little sister. The adopters tell us she is very affectionate and playful. We can tell you that Chestnut is talkative. She especially is loud when she is not getting attention. Please be ready for a chatty roommate. Chestnut is up to date on vaccines, is litter box trained and she has been spayed and microchipped. her adoption fee has already been paid so there is no adoption fee.

Story
Lil Diva is a very sweet 8 month old kitten. She has a solid white coat with orange "points", her ears and tail a soft blush color. Diva lived as an outdoor cat until recently when a Good Samaritan brought her and her brother (Tony) inside and kept them safe until we had room to take them in. Diva is shy when meeting new people but warms up quickly. She is up to date on age appropriate vaccines, is litter box trained and her adoption fee includes a voucher for the mandatory spay and microchip.

Story
Lily is a beautiful girl who looks Siamese but has just a touch of tabby mixed in—giving her that extra special, soft “mellow girl” vibe. She has a calm, peaceful presence and absolutely loves stretching out for long naps in the sunshine. A warm sunbeam is her happy place. ☀️ Her favorite toy? A simple crumpled-up piece of paper! Proof that the best things in life don’t have to be fancy. She’ll happily bat it around and entertain herself with the sweetest little bursts of playfulness. Lily isn’t quite a lap cat yet—but she’s very close. She loves resting right beside you, soaking up your company and feeling safe. We’re pretty sure that full lap privileges are coming soon once she knows she’s truly home. 💕 She’s comfortable with small dogs and has limited experience with other cats, but she has shown curiosity and playfulness—she even played paws under the door with a resident kitty! With slow, proper introductions, she may do well with another friendly cat. Lily has tested positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus). Cats with FIV can live long, happy, normal lives with routine vet care and a loving indoor home. FIV is most commonly spread through deep bite wounds, so many FIV+ cats successfully live with other non-aggressive cats. We’re happy to answer any questions and help you understand what this means for Lily. If you’re looking for a gentle, mellow companion who enjoys quiet moments, sunshine naps, and being near her people, Lily may be your perfect match. 🐾 Apply to adopt at hsdavie.org/cats

Story
Meet Winter ❄️ Winter is a beautiful tabby kitten with a quiet strength and a big personality just beginning to shine through. She’s still learning the ropes of being an indoor kitty, and while she can be a little shy at first, she has been thriving in her foster home surrounded by other cats, dogs, and children. Winter came in with her guard up, but every day she grows more confident and curious. She absolutely loves to play and never misses a good meal! Once she feels comfortable, you’ll start to see her playful and slightly sassy side — we’re pretty sure she thinks she might be the boss lady of the house. 👑 Winter will do best with a patient family who understands that she likes to do things on her own terms. Give her the time and space she needs to settle in, and she’ll reward you by slowly letting you into her world. With a little patience and a lot of love, Winter will grow into a wonderful companion and loyal member of the family. 🐾 Apply to adopt at hsdavie.org/cats
