Story
Hot Lips is a cute short haired classic gray tabby female about 3 years old (DOB about 3/22/21).  She is a super-socialized, fun-loving crew.  Watch the video and look how much fun they are having at our recent adoption fair.   She LOVES everyone as soon as she meets them.  She is VERY playful and active.  She loves to play with toys or other cats and is never bored.  She gets along well with other cats, and we think she'd be great with dogs and kids.  She's negative for feline leukemia and aids, had all distemper and the rabies vaccines, been wormed, had revolution for fleas, and been vet checked, spayed, and microchipped. If interested in these cutie pies, please contact Holly at 865-671-4564 or hhfrey1@tds.net.  We are a small, private feline-only rescue group dedicated to the rescue, care and placement of homeless cats and kittens. The majority of our cats and kittens come from high kill shelters. Through our application and interview process, we strive to make the 'purrfect' match to insure a loving, lifelong home for those in our care. We do NOT receive funding from any national organization, federal or state governments.April 26, 2024, 5:07 pm

Story
Meet Cayenne and Tamale, spicy, fun littermates.  They are short-haired classic orange tabby males about 1 year old (DOB about 4/1/23).  They were given spicy names at the shelter because they were pretty hissy when they were brought into the shelter as strays.  But they came to a foster home young enough to learn that humans are pretty good to them.  They enjoy snuggle time with their humans and with other cats. They'll need a little patience to adjust to a new home, but they are worth it!   They are VERY playful and active.  They love to play with toys or other cats and are never bored.  They like to be held and to snuggle.  They get along well with cats, and I think they'd be great with dogs.  They may not be good with small kids, since they may be nervous in a new home.  They are negative for feline leukemia and aids, had all three distemper and the rabies vaccines, been wormed, had advantage for fleas, and been vet checked, neutered, and microchipped. They can be adopted separately, but we will adopt both for the price of one kitten if they can be adopted as a pair. If interested in these cutie pies, please contact Holly at 865-671-4564 or hhfrey1@tds.net  We are a small, private feline-only rescue group dedicated to the rescue, care and placement of homeless cats and kittens. Story
Poppy is a short-haired, handsome beige tabby male cat about 2-3 years old.  Poppy showed up scared and hungry ready to eat.  He is a sweet kitty who loves humans and seems to hate other cats.  He is FIV positive, current on his vaccinations, and neutered.  The family who rescued him cannot keep him because he is very aggressive to their other cats.  He needs a home where he is the only cat.  The family is having to keep Poppy in a room by herself, which is not fair to poor Poppy who just want to be where people are.  He loves to be held all the time, loves to cuddle, and loves to play.  He is a true lap cat with lots of love to give to a new family.  He is such a sweet, interesting kitty that he deserves a good home where he isn’t confined to a bedroom.  If interested in Poppy, please contact Holly at 865-671-4564 or hhfrey1@tds.net.  We are a small, private feline-only rescue group dedicated to the rescue, care and placement of homeless cats and kittens. Story
Blackie is a 5 year old black 10-pound, neutered male cat.  His current owner has had to go into assisted living, so she is looking for a new home for Blackie.  He is the most loving cat.  He loves being in the lap of someone near.  Blackie has been indoor/outdoor kitty since birth.  Blackie is current on his vaccinations, FIV pos, and on revolution (flea/tick, heartworm prevention, wormer, and ear mite control).  He has been well taken care of by his current owner.  Blackie comes with nice cat carrier. Please help the current owner find Blackie a forever, loving home!   The owner thinks he be great with kids, since he is very easy going.  If interested, please contact Holly at 865-671-4564 or hhfrey1@tds.net.  We are a small, private feline-only rescue group dedicated to the rescue, care and placement of homeless cats and kittens.
