Story
I am a young cocoa brown Tortoiseshell who is friendly and affectionate. I can be held and I love attention when I am okay with it. I have boundaries and do not like being touched all of the time. I like face, chin, ear, neck, and even belly rubs. I will approach you and rub my face upon your hand. I do get along with kids, and cats that are not bully / alpha type cats - they need to be like me - gentle and mellow. And now - unsure about dogs. I prefer a quiet home as loud noises startle me, but in time, I will probably adjust. Sometimes I have a torti attitude, but most of the time I am very loving. I am microchipped. Backstory: I did not get along very well with the chihuahua I was living with, as it did not allow me much personal space, which I need. I’m very peaceful and quiet. I was officially posted for adoption on 11/19/2025. Also, I like meowing. I am very vocal.

Story
adopted from a humane society when she was a couple months old, she is now about 1 year and 3 months. she has been okay around my dog and my little cousins, she prefers not to interact with them and will usually just leave the area when they are there, but she has never attacked them or anything. she has a tendency to overeat and will probably need to be on a diet. she is very fearful at first but once she gets to know you she loves to explore and find new places to relax. she has no health problems aside from a small issue with her teeth. she is being rehomed because of territorial issues with the other cats in the house. she would probably be best in a one-cat enviornment

Story
Pepper is a kind and sweet boy. He enjoys cuddling and pets. He is anxious and not fond of loud noises. He does not get a long with dogs, but does show interest in other cats. I do not have another cat but he has been face to face with street cats in the neighborhood, shown no signs of aggression or retreat. He usually just stares and sniffs the air. I am considering putting him up for adoption because I believe now that it would be more beneficial for him to have a cat friend. I had him for 5 years, my mom suggested I adopt from one of her coworkers giving him away for free. It was Covid, in college during lockdown. Ive never owned a pet before I adopted him. I listed busy schedule as I am working a lot, and he seems lonely, and does not play much. He is healthy and been cleared by a vet. My current circumstance is not feasible to care for an additional cat in the near future. I just want him to be in an environment where he can thrive.
