Hi, I'm Olive! I'm a 9 month old Catahoula mix looking for my forever family! A Few Things About Me: *9 months old  *Potty trained  *35 pounds *Crate trained  *Friendly with cats  *Loves other dogs  *Obsessed with toys and playtime *Extremely cuddly  *Confident and affectionate  *A little shy around some men at first  *I Would love a playful dog sibling Life hasn't always been easy for me. I came to Mazie's Mission with an injured hip and had to have surgery, but don't worry, I'm healing well and ready to find my people. I'll need someone who understands that I may have some limitations at first, but I promise I'm worth it! I'm already potty trained and crate trained, so I'm off to a great start. I love other dogs and would be thrilled to have a playful canine sibling to romp around with. Playing with dog friends and collecting toys are two of my favorite hobbies! I'm also cat friendly, so I can fit into lots of different families. When I'm not playing, I'm a professional cuddler. Seriously, if you're looking for a snuggle buddy, I'm your girl. I love being close to my people and soaking up all the love and attention I can get. I'd say I'm a pretty confident pup, but I can be a little nervous around men sometimes. With patience, kindness, and a few treats, I warm up and learn to trust. I haven't spent much time around kids, but everyone thinks I'd likely do just fine. What I'm really dreaming of is a family that will love me for exactly who I am, cheer me on as I continue to heal, and maybe even give me a playful dog friend to call my own. Sofia is a playful puppy but also loves to cuddle. She has no idea what personal space is and just wants to be near a warm body. LOL! She will bark at noises but is not aggressive. She sits on command and is smart. Sofia will destroy anything she can pull into her crate, so for that reason, there is only a mattress inside a huge crate where she sleeps at night, if she is being left alone for short periods, a smaller crate is best. She loves toys and anything that breathes. LOL!

Ellie is a wonderful, beautiful and very smart dog. She gets along with other dogs very well, but can be a handful around smaller dogs. She does not know here own size, but dogs her size are just fine. She does not have a bad bone in her body. She loves chewing on her kong, earning her treats. She is leash trained and knows several hand signals. We are still working with her on checking in regularly. She has not been around kids, but cannot imagine that will be an issue with her temperament. Ellie is deaf and has received professional training from On the Ball K9 Training in Denton, TX. She will stay on your side but can get distracted. She will sit and stay when told and is pretty content on her "place" as long as she has some entertainment. She is crate trained and sleeps in a crate. Her favorite activity is going on long walks, but even more, she will play fetch with you until she absolutely wears herself out. And then, once you think she has had enough, she is ready for some more. She loves fetching tennis balls and ropes throws...and will bring them back to you almost all of the time, unless she gets distracted. She will then sit when you tell her and release the toy for another round. Ellie was born mid-2015 and weighs approx 90 pounds. ##628903##
