That means he has been a shelter resident for 90 days or longer - and his adoption fee is now just $75. Vincent has the looks that turn heads and a personality that fills the room. Found near Corporate Crossing in Rockwall on 11/22/25, he was microchipped, but sadly his owner was never located. Since then, he's been patiently waiting for his second chance. Still very much a puppy at heart, Vincent is full of energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm for life. He's smart, playful, and thrives on interaction and activity. With continued training, structure, and positive outlets for his energy, Vincent is going to grow into an incredibly loyal and devoted companion.
