Meet Lucy! Lucy is a very high energy, fun-loving, loyal sweetheart. She is very playful, loves to run, and is VERY social. Lucy can be pretty strong-willed, but she is also very smart. She knows her training, but is too stubborn sometimes to obey. She really needs someone to bond with, that will give her the time and devotion she needs. She definitely needs a lot of training, as she is still under 1 year old and we cannot afford the proper training she needs. She also needs a LOT of space, as she LOVES to run and play catch! A fenced in yard, and a very active owner would be best for her. We rescued her at 2 months old from a local shelter but we live in an apartment in the city, and due to heath issues, I cannot keep up with her energy. Even though its hard, we have accepted that we are not the best fit for her, and have chosen to see if we can find someone who can truly give her what she needs! She is so sweet, and the biggest baby, and has so much potential to be your best friend!

PLEASE READ ABOUT PAXTON We are searching for a family for Paxton who can foster him until he's ready to be adopted. Paxton will need a family who has some dog experience and who can handle a big, strong boy. He's very well-behaved and loving and snuggly. His only vice is the leash. He likely had some traumatic experience before he came to us and he's not a huge fan of having a leash on or having it taken off. He's been staying with one of our training teams, and they've made huge progress with him. He has come so far, but he'll need someone who can continue working with him. Without the leash, Paxton is a big ol' goofball. He loves belly rubs and is such a sweetheart. He enjoys playing with toys, and he's a huge fan of snacks. Paxton is a handsome boy and just wants to be your best friend. We would like to find a family who would like to foster Paxton while he finishes up his training and care.
