After spending her entire life with one family, Lucy recently found herself in need of a new home when her owner could no longer care for her. While change can be scary, Lucy has handled it beautifully and is proving to be a sweet, resilient little girl. Lucy warms up quickly and enjoys being close to her people. She's the kind of dog who likes to know where you are and will happily keep you company throughout the day. She also does well with dogs she knows, especially other small dogs. As an added bonus, Lucy is both leash trained and crate trained, making the transition into her new home that much easier. Lucy was surrendered alongside Rusty and Penny, but they do not need to be adopted together. What she does need is a family willing to give her the love, stability, and security she deserves. She's already lost the only home she's ever known. Now we're hoping to help her find an even brighter future. Could Lucy be the missing piece in your family? ❤️ Apply to adopt Lucy at: www.wtfarmtn.org

Rusty may be blind in one eye, but don't tell him that—it certainly doesn't slow him down! He gets around just fine and is ready to enjoy all the comforts of a loving family. Like many Chihuahuas, Rusty takes a little time to build trust, but once you're in his circle, he loves being close to his people. He's happiest hanging out nearby and keeping you company. One thing he'd prefer? Not being picked up. Rusty appreciates having his boundaries respected and will reward your patience with loyalty and companionship. Rusty does well with dogs he knows, especially other small dogs. He was surrendered when his owner could no longer care for him. He came to us with Lucy and Penny, but they do not need to be adopted together. After losing the only home he's ever known, Rusty is hoping for a second chance with a family who will love him just as he is. This sweet girl warms up quickly and truly enjoys being near her people. She’s the kind of companion who wants to be where you are—whether that’s relaxing on the couch, heading out for a walk, or just hanging out together. Story
Meet Jaxon! 🐾 Jaxon is a fun, energetic pup who’s always up for a good walk or a game of fetch with his favorite toys. He’s super playful, loyal, and loves being around his people. He gets along well with other dogs after non stressful introductions. And while he might take a little time to warm up to new folks, once he does he’s all in. Jaxon would be a great fit for a family—especially one with kids—since he loves to play and be part of the action. It is important to note that Jaxon can be a bit anxious so it is important that he finds a home with someone who can spend plenty of time with him. He’s also up to date on all his shots and got a clean bill of health at his last vet checkup. If you’re looking for a happy, active dog to add some extra joy to your days, Jaxon could be your guy! 🐶💙

Story
Update: Last wellness check up was 6/09/2026, upcoming dental surgery on 07/2026(aprox $1,400-1,800 on the day of, I’m covering the rest)Stella is aprox 12lbs, 8 yrs old. She is spayed and has had all her shots, next vaccines regimen on 09/2026, paid(specific location). She is used to someone being at home but does use a crate to stay in and does not give us issues with it thus far. She goes out 3-4 times day. She’s is very playful and chilled inside the home but can let all the birds and squirrels in the neighborhood know that her backyard is hers alone. She love walks and cuddles, we’re not able to do that because of history of dog allergies so our care of her have been limited. She likes to have a towel or blanket to wrap herself in. She’s never had any issues of temperament or being aggressive to anyone. Good with big kids but small kids are rough on her and her tail so we always supervised. She’s an only pet but has shown good behavior with other well behaved dogs.

Story
Meet Jojo, a lovable pup with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He is affectionate, curious, and always ready to make you smile with his playful and sometimes goofy nature. Jojo is incredibly friendly and forms strong bonds with his people, making him a loyal companion who will happily stick by your side. He gets along great with other dogs and even cats, making him a wonderful addition to a multi-pet household. Jojo also loves children of all ages and would thrive in a home where he can receive plenty of attention, playtime, and affection. Jojo enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring and taking in the world around him. While he is not fully potty trained yet, he is doing well with crate training and is on the right track with consistency and patience. Jojo is looking for a patient and committed adopter who is willing to help him learn proper house training. With consistency, guidance, and a loving environment, he has all the potential to develop great habits and become a well-mannered companion. If you’re looking for a sweet, fun-loving dog to grow with your family, Jojo might just be the perfect fit! Jojo weighs 13 pounds, is up to date on all his vaccines and is neutered. Jojo tested positive for heartworms when he was first rescued however he has undergone treatment and is ready for adoption. We recommend Jojo be re-tested 6 months after treatment. Jojo is being fostered in WESLACO, TEXAS. His adoption fee of $500 will include his transportation cost to an approved adopter outside of Texas.
