Story
Please contact Jetta (Jetta.elliott@att.net) for more information about this pet.5 month old female Chihuahua pupyLittle Rio is a five month old female Chihuahua puppy. Her mom was long-haired Chihuahua and Dad was short haired Chihuahua. She is super shy and not a social little girl. She would like a quiet home or she can live on your lap. She’s not looking for a public life. I do take her with me to public places when I go, but she’s not thrilled. She weighs about 3 pounds and I don’t expect she’s gonna get much bigger. We are in Harrison Arkansas, but she could be brought to via the network transport. Inquire at jetta.elliott@att.net.May 18, 2026, 11:52 am

Story
Meet Bashful Bam Bam — a tiny treasure with a huge heart. This handsome purebred Chihuahua is just 1 year old and weighs a petite 12 pounds, making him the perfect little lap companion. With his beautiful white coat, warm brown markings, and soulful, expressive eyes, Bam Bam has a way of melting hearts the moment you meet him. Bam Bam may be a little shy when first introduced to new people, but give him a little patience and kindness, and you’ll quickly discover a deeply loving and devoted companion. Despite a difficult beginning in life — having been left outside in freezing weather by people who failed him — Bam Bam has never lost his gentle spirit or his ability to trust and love. Thanks to the care and affection of his foster mom, he’s learning what it truly means to be safe, cherished, and part of a family. This sweet little guy absolutely adores his people. One of his favorite moments each day is greeting his foster mom when she comes home from work, tail wagging and ready to shower her with unconditional love. After a long day, Bam Bam has a special way of making stress disappear with cuddles, companionship, and his calm, comforting presence. Bam Bam enjoys all the simple pleasures in life — curling up in your lap, going for walks, riding in the car, and spending quality time with his humans. He’s doing wonderfully with the doggie door at his foster home and also reliably uses puppy pads. He gets along well with other dogs and is friendly and respectful with the resident cats, making him an easy addition to a loving home. This little survivor is neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, heartworm negative, and in excellent health. Bam Bam is now ready for the forever home he truly deserves — one filled with warmth, patience, love, and plenty of lap time. In return, he’ll give you endless loyalty, affection, and a bond that only a rescued dog can offer.   Please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com  PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comMay 18, 2026, 5:20 pm

Story
Cosmo is the kind of puppy who makes every room feel a little brighter just by being in it. At almost 2 months old, he is pure curiosity wrapped in soft, adorable puppy energy. Cosmo approaches the world like it’s all brand new (because to him, it is), and he wants to investigate absolutely everything. If something moves, he’s there. If something is quiet, he’s checking it out. If you’re doing something, he’s definitely involved—whether you invited him or not. This little guy is a happy, social sweetheart who is thriving in his foster home with other puppies. He absolutely loves having friends around and spends his days bouncing between play sessions, wrestling matches, and “I’m not tired yet!” zoomies. He’s playful in that classic puppy way—wobbly, enthusiastic, and completely committed to having fun even when he’s clearly about to fall asleep mid-play. Watch his YouTube video now https://youtu.be/EX13WFAnIxU?si=OpVof28HIpCS9tGA Cosmo is also very affectionate in his own busy little way. Between bursts of energy, he’ll happily come in for quick snuggles, check in for reassurance, or flop down right where you are because that seems like the best place to rest for exactly 12 seconds before he’s off again. He doesn’t do anything halfway—he plays hard, loves hard, and naps hard. He is especially interested in what everyone else is doing. If another puppy has a toy, Cosmo wants to know about it. If someone is wrestling, Cosmo is suddenly part of the situation. If a human is nearby, Cosmo assumes he is included in whatever is happening. He’s social, confident in a puppy way, and always eager to be part of the action. Because he’s still so young, Cosmo is just beginning to learn the basics of life in a home—potty training, manners, and all the important “how to be a great family dog” skills. He’s smart, food-motivated, and very eager to please, which makes him a great little student in the making. With consistency, patience, and love, he’s going to grow into an incredible companion. Cosmo would do well in a home that understands puppy energy comes in waves—big bursts of chaos followed by sudden naps in the most inconvenient (and adorable) places. He’d likely thrive with another playful dog or active household that can keep up with his joyful personality and help guide him as he grows. If you’re looking for a puppy who is silly, social, endlessly entertaining, and full of heart, Cosmo is ready to orbit straight into your life. He may be small now, but his personality is already larger than life—and he’s just getting started. https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/69d3d8f2307916c7fc04ba47 Questions? Story
Meet Truffle — a tiny little heart with the softest soul. At just four months old, Truffle is already the definition of gentle, loving, and completely devoted. She’s the kind of puppy who doesn’t just like affection… she quietly leans into it, melts into it, and makes it her entire world. If you’re looking for a dog whose greatest joy is simply being close to you, Truffle is that once-in-a-lifetime kind of companion. She has the sweetest, calmest nature. While she still has her playful puppy moments, her true personality shines in the quiet in-between—curling up beside you, soaking up pets, and looking at you like you’re the most important thing she’s ever known. She doesn’t demand attention in a wild or overwhelming way; she gently asks for it, and when she gets it, she absolutely glows. Watch her YouTube video now! https://youtu.be/S0EPk4YJ8KU?si=csXVNJQMlUZB5yKM Truffle is incredibly affectionate and people-focused. She bonds deeply and quickly, and she’ll be the kind of dog who follows you from room to room just to be near you. Whether you’re watching TV, working from home, or winding down for the night, she’ll be right there, happily being your little shadow and best friend. And while she may be soft and snuggly, she’s also smart—especially when treats are involved. She loves them, which makes training not only easy but fun. She’s eager to please and naturally tuned into her person, so she’s going to thrive in a home that continues to guide her with love and consistency. We believe Truffle may be a Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher mix, which explains her petite size, her expressive eyes, and her adorable little ears that give her so much personality. She’s small, but her presence is big in the way that matters—full of warmth, comfort, and unconditional love. Truffle would do beautifully in a home where she can be cherished as a true companion. She’s not looking to be the life of the party—she’s looking to be your person’s dog. The one who greets you like you hung the moon, who curls into your side after a long day, and who turns everyday moments into something softer and sweeter. If you’ve been searching for a gentle, affectionate, easygoing puppy who will grow into the most loyal and loving best friend, Truffle is ready to fill that role completely. She’s not just cute—though she absolutely is. She’s the kind of dog who makes a house feel like home. https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/69e1094b604584b0870d5d36 Questions?
