Story
This darling little girl is as devoted as they come. Princess Jasmine may be small, but her love for her people is truly larger than life. She forms deep bonds and absolutely blossoms once she feels safe and secure. One look at her video and you’ll understand why everyone falls in love: https://youtu.be/IUGIxcXu8n8 We believe Princess Jasmine is a Chihuahua and she weighs around 10 pounds. As a rescue, breed and weight are always our best guess, but one thing we know for sure is that she’s 100% adorable and full of love. Although she can be a bit shy when meeting new people and appreciates a gentle, patient introduction. The good news? She warms up quickly! In her foster home it only took about a day for her sweet personality to fully shine. Once she knows you’re her person, she will adore you and want to be right by your side. Princess Jasmine is the ultimate lap dog and feels most confident when she’s close to her trusted human. She will happily soak up affection, then check back in for reassurance before heading out for more love. It’s a very endearing routine that shows just how connected she becomes to her person. She had a chance to meet Biggie our house cat and handled the introduction very politely. She greeted with a few curious sniffs, then chose to give the cat space, showing respectful manners. Jasmine is Cat tolerant and we believe she could peacefully coexist with a calm feline friend. Princess Jasmine lives with other dogs and does well. She enjoys their company, will play in little bursts, and then happily relax alongside them. She would be best paired with a respectful low to medium energy dog who will give her space when needed and be a gentle companion as she settles in. Princess Jasmine thrives on companionship and would love a home where she isn’t alone for long periods. She’s happiest as someone’s shadow, cuddle buddy, and loyal sidekick. She’s saved a very special place in her heart for her forever family… and she can’t wait to find them https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/69640854db407b535c02ae06 Questions? Story
Pine Nut is a tiny, gentle soul with a heart full of sweetness. There is no better feeling than getting to be a part of a glow up journey with your adopted pup. Pine Nut will give you just that! A little love and patience and you will have the best companion! Watch her video and see for yourself why everyone who meets Pine Nut falls in love. https://youtu.be/bokajFwFY2o Piney is an adorable Chihuahua mix estimated at 5 months old. She is a petite 10 lbs of pure sweetness with the softest cream coat sprinkled with the prettiest tan speckles. She has the most dainty facial features, expressive little eyes, and tiny paws that somehow make her already small size feel even more delicate. She’s naturally a bit timid at first, but in the sweetest way. She’ll allow interaction and soft affection, and once she feels safe, you can see her confidence slowly bloom. Other dogs are her magic key….around them, she lights up with happiness and excitement, which helps her open up even more with people too! With a canine friend by her side, she becomes braver, brighter, and eager to connect. She’s gentle and respectful with kids, having met two 5 year old girls and handled herself beautifully. She was relaxed around the little humans, but their dino toy made her a little nervous. She’s also met our resident cat and chose to calmly avoid him. There is potential for her to coexist in a home with a gentle cat that will allow her to be relaxed. Piney is crate trained. Though it’s not her favorite, she does well in her routine…though she may whine a little just to remind you she’s still hoping for extra love and attention. This very sweet girl is full of potential and just waiting for the right home to help her blossom. Are you her missing piece? Story
Are you looking for a tiny, devoted companion who will treat you like the center of the universe? Meet Prince Aladdin, a charming Chihuahua with a heart of gold and a penchant for professional level snuggling. See why you should share your palace with this tiny devoted guy ! https://youtu.be/tu9CzjHdAcI A Loyal Companion in the Making! Aladdin is what we call a "slow burn" sweetheart. He is a sensitive guy who takes a moment to understand his kingdom before he feels comfortable, but once he trusts you, the bond is unbreakable. In his foster home, it only took one day for him to decide his humans were his world. Once he’s "your" dog, he will look to you for guidance, check in for pets, and happily claim his rightful place as the ruler of your lap. He is believed to be a Chihuahua mix weighing around 11 pounds. Like many rescue pups, his breed is our best guess… but we know for sure he’s 100% adorable. Whatever his mix may be, his small size and big devotion make him the perfect little companion. Aladdin is a social guy who enjoys the company of other dogs! He currently shares his space with his friend Jasmine and does well with dogs of all sizes. He would pair well with a medium-to-low dog to match his energy vibe. He enjoys a good game of tag but appreciates his "me time" and handles corrections from other dogs like a gentleman. Prince Aladdin isn’t looking for just any home, he’s looking for his person. If you have a quiet space and a welcoming lap, he’s ready to give you a lifetime of Chihuahua-sized devotion. He’s a gentle boy who takes a little time to warm up, but when he does, his loving personality truly blossoms. _______________________ If you’re ready for a tiny best friend with a huge heart, Aladdin is ready to be your happily-ever-after. https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/6964088a881e1ea99003f497 Questions?
