Story
Meet Teddy, the adorable 8-week-old chiweenie! This little cuddle bug weighs about 6 pounds and is full of love for other dogs and playtime. Teddy is very affectionate, calm, and confident, making him a delightful companion. Currently in foster care, he's working on potty training and crate training, so he needs someone who's ready to guide him through the puppy stage and help him reach his full potential. Could you be the one to give Teddy the love and guidance he needs?IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located.Apply to adopt on our website: https://www.charmingpetrescue.org/adoptAll of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location. Petfinder lists our pets as 'Out of Town' pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it. You can read more about transport here: www.charmingpetrescue.org/transportWe understand transport is not an option for everyone, but we offer it at the cost we pay the transport company for those who wish to adopt from us.April 26, 2024, 11:54 am

Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.Meet ANNIE, she is 2 years old and barely 10 pounds and loves to hang around you.  She is quite independent and not a velcro dog but she is your friend.   Annie is an owner surrender from someone who did not have time for her and simply left her on their apartment balcony all the time.  She craves for me to hold her and rub her head. She gets along with all of the foster dogs in my home but will do great as the only dog because she mostly just watches the other dogs play. If you are interested in adopting ANNIE please submit an application on the website below.  Thank you. www.roxysk9rescue.org     ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED   Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.  Each dog comes  spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice.  The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption.  They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. We transport across the United States. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption. Our organization is run by volunteers/foster parents, please be patient to give us time to respond to your emails and/or phone calls.  We will reply to you.  Thank you.         April 26, 2024, 10:28 am

Story
DOB 5-5-2022 Tommy, The Rock Opera, he is a star! Tommy, sweet little ChiChi, is looking for a Mom, he does like to play with other littles, enjoys toys and is social and kind. He wants to spend all his time with his special person so get ready for a best friend. Tommy is a little guy so he needs a protector, lots of love and several cozy places around the house. Tommy's adoption fee is 900.00, his transport fee is 165.00 and is paid to our transport company HEARS LLC. Tommy is complete on all medical, he is heartworm negative, on Proheart 6 preventative and up to date on everything. The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner. An application does not obligate you to adopt from us, but it does show that you are serious about the adoption process. Please remember we are all volunteers. After you submit your application please allow a few days for a volunteer to review your application. During this time your vet reference will be checked and a volunteer with determine if it is the best match for you and the animal. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. We match up the best home for the animal, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not mean he/she will be adopted to that home. Once your application has been approved a volunteer with contact you to set up a phone interview. This is the perfect time for you to ask any questions you have about the adoption process and the animal you are interested in.

Story
A family in northern Alabama moved off and left six or seven little Chihuahua spaniel mixes behind. Their kind neighbor has been feeding them for over a year but they could not afford to get anyone spayed or neutered so of course there are puppies. Two little Chihuahua sisters, one chocolate and one black had puppies the same day with the same little blonde long-haired Chihuahua Spaniel mix dad. Blossom and Reese belong to the chocolate mama and Bubbles belongs to the black mama. They are all very precious. Bubbles is the smallest at about 6 pounds, Blossom is about seven and Reece is about eight lbs. They were born the last of January so they are now 12 weeks old. They have had two sets of shots and worming and will get spayed/neutered next week and will be ready to go to their new homes. The moms are about 15 pounds and the dad is between 15 and 20 pounds so they will remain small. They have been around a gentle four-year-old girl that loved them and they were all very good with her. They are sweet and friendly and outgoing! If you would like to make pretty little Blossom your new forever family member, please contact OMLC 7@hotmail.com or dogs4mylife@ gmail.com and we will send our info and application. If you do not see our response, please check your spam folder.
