QUICK FACTS Name: Jamong Age: About 2 Years Old Gender: Female (Spayed) Breed: Chihuahua Mix Color: Brown Weight: 2.5kg / 6lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was rescued from a city shelter after being placed on the euthanasia list. Thankfully, rescuers stepped in and brought me to safety, giving me a second chance and a hopeful new beginning. Now, I’m ready to start the next chapter of my journey and find a loving forever family to call my own.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Spayed & healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY Hi, I’m Jamong! I’m an unbelievably tiny and adorable girl, but don’t let my size fool you—I have a surprisingly brave little personality packed into this miniature body. I can sometimes look timid because I become very submissive around people, but underneath that soft exterior is a confident little character who isn’t nearly as fragile as she looks. People are definitely my soft spot. I genuinely love humans and will approach people on my own, but the moment someone comes toward me, I tend to melt straight onto the floor. I’ll lower my head, flatten myself down, and often roll over to show my belly. Sometimes even making eye contact is enough to make me adorably flustered! Once I’m interacting with people, though, I’m incredibly gentle and affectionate, with plenty of sweetness to share. With dogs, I have a completely new side. Bigger dogs generally don’t bother me much, but if a dog around my own size gets too close or pesters me, I’m perfectly capable of telling them what I think. I may growl or stand my ground, and despite my tiny stature, I can be surprisingly bold during a disagreement. Apparently, nobody told me how small I am! I’d love a family who appreciates the hilarious contrast that makes me so memorable: with humans, I’m a tiny sweetheart who practically melts into the floor for affection; with certain dog friends, I suddenly seem convinced I’m ten times my actual size. Give me plenty of love, respect my boundaries, and keep this tiny body safe, and you’ll get a wonderfully affectionate little companion with more personality—and courage—than anyone could possibly expect from such a small package.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I’m naturally friendly and affectionate with people, and I’m happy to approach both familiar faces and new people for attention. I enjoy leaning in for affection and am comfortable being petted—even with someone I’ve just met, I may feel comfortable enough to roll over and show my belly. I haven’t had experience with children under 13 yet, so my comfort level with younger kids is still unknown. · With Dogs: I’m comfortable approaching unfamiliar dogs to say hello, though I usually prefer a friendly greeting rather than jumping straight into play. I generally do well with dogs bigger than me. If another dog challenges me, I may try to stand my ground rather than back away—even if my attempt at being tough isn’t particularly convincing! Because of this, calm and careful introductions are still important when I’m meeting a new dog for the first time. · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have a moderate energy level – I enjoy spending time outdoors, but I’m also happy to settle down and relax afterward. I’m still working on my leash skills and may pull at times, but overall, I follow my person well and respond to their guidance on walks.   TRAINING & HABITS I don’t guard my food around people or other dogs I rarely bark. I’m calm and settled when I’m in a kennel I’m comfortable with both indoor pee pads and going potty outdoors.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout A family that enjoys indoor and outdoor time together A family that will love and cherish me forever   SPECIAL NOTES    JAMONG'S YOUTUBE PLAYLIST   Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.com ##2827581##

Story
Herman is a sweet little senior with an adorable face, a love of comfy dog beds, and a soft spot for canine companionship. He’s happiest spending his days relaxing in the living room, soaking up the sunshine on the patio, or napping close to his people. One of Herman’s best qualities is how well he gets along with other dogs. He enjoys their company, follows their lead, and would likely do well in a home with another calm, friendly dog. He’s generally a quiet little guy who rarely barks and is content to observe the world around him. Herman has a delightfully independent personality and definitely marches to the beat of his own drum. He takes time to build trust, but once he forms a bond with his person, we believe he’ll become an even more devoted companion. Because he can be sensitive when handled in ways he doesn’t like, Herman is looking for an adult-only home with someone who understands and respects a dog’s boundaries. He has tried to nip both his foster mom and the vet. Like many senior dogs, Herman comes with a few special needs. He is not yet housetrained and currently wears a belly band indoors. He appears to have spent much of his life using pee pads and is still learning that outside is the place to go. His adopter should expect that house-training will require patience, consistency, and plenty of time at home. A family that’s comfortable continuing with belly bands or indoor potty options may find that suits Herman best. Herman has low exercise needs and isn’t interested in long walks. A secure yard or patio where he can enjoy fresh air and sunshine is just his style. He rides quietly in a carrier for car trips and settles nicely at home when left alone for a few hours. Herman can live with dog-savvy cats, although he may chase them if given the opportunity. He also appears to prefer eating his meals separately from other dogs. If you’re looking for a tiny companion with a big personality, appreciate quirky seniors, and have the patience to let trust grow at Herman’s pace, this little fellow may be exactly the dog you’ve been waiting for. In return, you’ll gain a loyal companion who simply wants a safe, understanding home where he can enjoy his golden years.

Story
Meet Waffles! Sweet, tiny, and absolutely adorable Waffles is 7 months old, a Chihuahua mix, and weighs just 10 pounds. Basically, she’s a fun-sized best friend with big plans to steal your heart. Waffles can be a little shy when she first meets someone new. She likes to take a minute to observe the situation, check your credentials, and make sure you’re trustworthy. Give her a little patience and some gentle love, and before long you’ll get to see the sweet little girl hiding underneath that shy exterior. She gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and kids, so she’s happy to share her home with two-legged AND four-legged family members. Waffles is still working on her housetraining and leash skills — she’s only 7 months old, after all! She may be tiny, but she’s still got some puppy homework to finish. With patience, consistency, and maybe a few tasty bribes, she’ll get there! She is vaccinated, rabies vaccinated, and spayed. ✅ Waffles is looking for a family who understands that the best relationships sometimes take a minute to warm up. Give this little girl the chance to feel safe, and you just might end up with 10 pounds of Chihuahua permanently attached to your heart. Who needs syrup when Waffles is already this sweet?

Story
Meet Julian 💙 At just 4 years old and 8.5 pounds, Julian is a tiny guy with a heart full of love. After being rescued from a hoarding situation, he's discovering what it means to be safe, cherished, and part of a family. Julian is a sweet, gentle soul who is slowly finding his confidence and his place in the world. Every day, his personality shines a little brighter as he learns that life can be full of kindness and fun. One of Julian's favorite things is running and playing with other dogs. They help him feel confident and bring out his playful side. He hasn't quite figured out toys yet, but watching him experience new things is part of the joy of loving him. Like many dogs who didn't have the best start, Julian is still learning some of the basics. He's working on leash walking and his potty training is still a work in progress. What he needs most is a patient family that understands progress comes one small victory at a time. Julian's ideal home is one where he will never have to be left alone. He would love to have another friendly dog as a companion, but it's not a requirement if someone is home with him and can give him the security and companionship he needs. He does well with dog friendly kids but is afraid of larger dogs. If you're looking for a dog whose trust you'll earn, whose milestones you'll celebrate, and whose love will grow deeper every day, Julian may be the perfect match. His past doesn't define him—it's simply made every act of kindness mean that much more. Could you be the person to show Julian that he's finally home? 🐾❤️

Story
Meet Lotus (Lolo)! ❤️ At 10 years young and just 7.5 pounds, Lotus—affectionately known as Lolo—is a tiny sweetheart with a big personality. With her short legs and long body, we think she may be a Chiweenie mix, although she certainly has plenty of Chihuahua charm! Lolo came into rescue through no fault of her own when her loving owner could no longer afford the treatment she needed for seizures. Thanks to proper veterinary care, she is now stable and thriving. She will need lifelong medication, which she happily takes tucked inside a tiny pill pocket. Aside from her well-managed seizures and some mild age-related vision changes, she's in wonderful health. She has also had a dental, been spayed, and had a benign mammary tumour removed. Lolo is equal parts sweet and sassy! She gets along well with the other dogs in her foster home and is good with respectful children, though her tiny size makes her better suited to a home without very young kids. She hasn't been tested with cats. This little lady loves life! She enjoys zoomies, playing fetch with soft toys, and proudly removing every squeaker and bit of stuffing she can find. When playtime is over, she's happiest curled up in your lap giving kisses or snuggled under the blankets beside you at bedtime. Lotus loves sunny days, leisurely walks filled with lots of sniffing, and spending time outdoors. She has good emerging leash manners and is fully house-trained in her foster home, using either the yard or pee pads. Like many dogs, she may need a little patience while adjusting to a new home, but she's a quick learner. Lolo can be vocal when she hears noises or visitors arrive—not because she's unfriendly, but because she'd much rather be picked up for cuddles! Because of this, a detached home would likely suit her better than an apartment or townhouse. If you're looking for a loving little companion with plenty of personality, Lotus is ready to fill your home—and your lap—with love.
