Meet Oreo! -Oreo is about 2 years old and weighs about 10 lbs. We think he looks like a Chihuahua/Scruffy Terrier Mix (Just a Guess). Oreo came to Canines & Kitties from a hoarding situation. He is a very shy and timid dog who will require time and patience when he moves to his forever home. Oreo is learning to trust and has come a long way in his foster home in just a week. Oreo will need a calm and quiet environment as he learns that life isn't so scary. Oreo will need a home with another small (25 lbs and under) and confident dog. Oreo will also require a secured fenced in yard as he is a flight risk at the moment. We feel this will subside over time as he settles in.
