After likely being hit by a car, and my owner not located, Hatton rescued me and covered surgery to repair my injuries. Meet Lily, an 11 pound Chihuahua mixed 5 year old. She is a chill well behaved and loving companion, is fully housebroken, friendly, loves her walks and is a delight to have around. She can get along with dogs, but they will initially make her very nervous and she will need a slow introduction. Lily arrived from Texas and sadly tested positive for heartworm disease. Luckily it was caught in time to treat and Lily is expected to have a wonderful long life after treatment. Lily's foster is leaving for an extended vacation the third week of November. Lily will need a new foster home to finish up her treatment (we are happy to discuss this in full and of course we are covering the cost). Lily wll need to come to our vet in Ellicott City, Md to finish it up so you must be within an hour of Ellicott City and willing to bring her for treatment. Please can someone help? Because our dogs are in foster homes, applications are required prior to setting up any appointments. Calling or emailing may delay your consideration. Kai Kai is a sweet and playful boy currently weighing in at 3.5-4 pounds. He loves playing with squeaky toys, wrestling with his siblings, and testing all the dog beds. He comes running when called and is very excited to see his people. He can be shy when meeting new people but once you’re in, he is your devoted buddy. He is ready for a forever home that will give him the time and training that all young puppies need to continue to build confidence and social skills. Kai’s mom came to his Maryland foster home from Texas when she was pregnant. The little family remained in their foster home as part of the family while mom did an excellent job raising her puppies. Reef (watch my video)'s Story Reef is a friendly 2 month old, currently weighing in at 4 pounds. He loves playing with toys, rolling over for belly rubs and snuggling. He was dubbed “the greeter” at 4 weeks old and continues to be the first to run and greet people.
