My name is Ronmel Reid, and I am reaching out to request assistance with rehoming my two dogs as soon as possible. Due to a change in my personal circumstances and a work schedule that requires me to travel at least three days a week, I am no longer able to give them the care they need.I have two dogs that require intake:  - Bonnie and Clyde: A bonded pair of 16-year-old Chiweenies (brother and sister). They have been together since they were six weeks old, depend heavily on each other, and must be adopted together.  I have full vet records and photos available for the dogs. Despite her history, Gypsy has adapted amazingly well; she is a loving soul who just wants to be loved unconditionally.Gypsy is:• House trained• Friendly with other dogs and cats• Playful with toys and enjoys going for walks• Non-aggressive and affectionateBarking is currently Gypsy's biggest challenge. She barks at things outside, moving cars, and sometimes when new people first arrive (though she settles after a bit). She also gets upset and barks if a door is closed between her and her person. Because she can be insecure and anxious, she needs a patient family who will help her feel safe and loved forever.

Meet Lady Enchilada & Nacho – the ultimate dynamic duo! These two are the very definition of a bonded pair. Whether they’re cuddling, playing, or searching for each other after wandering in different directions, it’s clear they’re inseparable. They may not be littermates, but they’ve spent their lives side by side—and they belong together. Lady Enchilada (a spunky Chiweenie) and Nacho (a sweet Chihuahua-Rat Terrier mix) are around 6–8 years old and weigh about 9-10 lbs each. 💛 Nacho (black and white) is a gentle lap dog who loves being held. He also enjoys wrestling with his small dog friends, especially his “sister” Lady. 🧡 Lady is more adventurous and playful. She enjoys interacting with other dogs, chasing toys, and curling up next to her favorite human for belly rubs. They adore each other, enjoy toys, and are both affectionate and playful. While they are puppy pad trained, they’re still learning outdoor potty habits. They spent most of their lives confined in a tiny cage, arriving with urine burns and coat discoloration. They’re making great progress, but they’ll need a patient home to continue building their confidence and routine.

Krissy 1.5 year old female Chihuahua/Terrier mix 11 lbs. Fully vetted Fenced yard required Meet sweet Krissy, AKA "Fuzzy". We are looking for a low traffic home for this girl. Initially shy around people she does not know, she warms up relatively quickly with patience especially if she is given treats or held. Food is the way to her heart. She loves playing with other dogs even long after they get tired of wrestling. As dogs do help her with confidence, we would like for there to be at least one pup friend in her home. We also require a fenced yard because being leashed scares her. She is crate trained and sees her crate as her safe space when overwhelmed. She came to us having been trained using puppy pads. She is doing very well with house training outside. In spite of having loads of energy, Krissy knows how to entertain herself. She is a big fan of hard chew bones and has a variety that she collects in one space, though her favorite is the Woof branded antler. I can jump up to 5 feet in the air, so the humans here say it's best for me to go to a home with older kids (I might knock little ones down accidentally) and at least a 6 ft. fence to run off the energy and play.
