Story
Jack is a chiweenie that is around 13 years old. I rescued him from the a shelter roughly ten years ago and they said they estimated he was 4 at the time. He was abused in his first home so he is very skiddish. He isn't high energy and doesn't bark a lot. He is also mostly or all the way blind which happened this past year. With my busy work/school schedule and having just had another baby at home, I haven't had the time to dedicate to him anymore.

Autumn is 7 yrs old. We got her as a 10-12 weeks old rescue. We sadly must rehome her b/c of changing family needs: 2 older kids moved away (college & military) & 1 soon will also. We now must travel across Atlanta for needs of aging parents. She weighs 40 lbs & seems to be 1/2 German Shepherd(from her look) & obviously something smaller(maybe Aussie shep. or some hunting breed). She seems to have hunting instincts. She is strong,fast, & energetic: it’s why you see some pics she has a harness & b/c of her strength w/our smaller kids. She is high energy, loves to run & play in our small fenced backyard. She was crate trained & house broke since we got her. She’s never had an accident n r house. She primarily sleeps in the crate(b/c it’s what she’s done all her life) & roams r fenced backyard in daytime. She does great inside, I’ve got pics w/her watching TV w/me n my chair. We’ve use Rover b4 & she’s done fine inside, she just needs daily attention that we can’t provide :(

Got him as a puppy. He has been such an amazing dog. He absolutely loves cuddling and does not leave your side. He loves being loved. He walks great on a leash and loves to carry packages and mail back home. He is great with other dogs, at dog parks he’d rather be sitting next to you instead of playing with the rest of the dogs. We brought home our baby in August and he has been very protective of him but does not allow my husband, family, or friends around the baby. I hate to rehome him as I’ve had since he was a puppy but my husband is tired of being barked at every time he’s around the baby.

Due to an upcoming move and the sale of our home, we are looking for a loving forever family for this gentle boy. We've had the privilege of caring for Boo for several years and want nothing more than to see him in a safe, stable, and caring home.Boo is approximately 4 years old and weighs 65 lbs. He is a quiet, gentle soul who can be shy and skittish at first, but blossoms with patience and understanding. He loves lounging in the grass and simply being near the people he trusts. He is low-energy and easygoing — the perfect companion for a calm, peaceful household.Boo would thrive with a patient family who will give him the time and space he needs to feel secure. He doesn't ask for much — just consistency, gentleness, and a quiet place to call home.We are only able to place him with someone who is ready and able to care for him long-term.
