Adoption Fee: $475 When available, all animals are fixed in accordance with Colorado law, up to date on vaccines (may need boosters), and microchipped! What we know: Single pup transferred from 806 K9S in Texas. Pup was pulled from local shelter euthanasia list and transferred to CPR at approximately 4 months old. From the foster: Meet Skye She’s not just a pretty face—though that spotted coat and bright, happy smile will definitely stop you in your tracks. Skye is a heeler mix, which means she’s as smart as she is stunning. She’s curious, energetic, and always ready for her next adventure. This girl isn’t meant for a slow, couch-only life. Skye thrives when she has room to run, things to explore, and a person to share it all with. Give her the time and activity she craves, and she’ll reward you with loyalty, laughter, and a best-friend bond that’s hard to beat. And speaking of activity—Skye loves having a job. Right now, she’s taken it upon herself to “organize” the toy bin. The moment her foster mom tidies up, Skye gets to work, carefully pulling each toy back out like she’s rescuing them. Mission accomplished? Cue the proud grin and wagging tail. If Skye had a theme song, it would absolutely be “Sit Still, Look Pretty”—because sitting still just isn’t her style. She’s here to live, play, and make every day a little more fun. If you’re looking for a smart, spirited companion who will keep life exciting and your heart full, Skye might just be your perfect match. www.coloradopuppy.org/how-to-adopt

Adoption Fee: $475 When available, all animals are fixed in accordance with Colorado law, up to date on vaccines (may need boosters), and microchipped! What we know: Transferred from Fresca Fund/Family Pet Care in Fort Worth, TX, (maybe) mom dog (Lola) and (maybe) daughter (Domino) believed to be somewhat bonded pair. Both were owner-surrenders but with some sporadic, documented health history from the same vet clinic. From the foster: Lola and Domino are *maybe* mother and daughter, *maybe* sisters, or maybe just bonded dogs who lived together. They're believed to do best together. Lola being around 14 years old, we're hoping to keep them together. One word to describe Domino is CHILL. She enjoys going for walks and being outside, but is also happy snuggling in her bed. Domino is fully potty-trained, sleeps through the night, and is good with other dogs. If you are looking for an easygoing companion, Domino is the girl for you! www.coloradopuppy.org/how-to-adopt

Story
Adoption Fee: $475 When available, all animals are fixed in accordance with Colorado law, up to date on vaccines (may need boosters), and microchipped! What we know: Single female pup transferred from Española Humane Shelter in New Mexico at approximately 1 year old. Shelter intake type listed as Seized/Custody/Stray. From the foster: Meet your new shadow with a playful spark ✨ This 1-year-old sweetheart is equal parts gentle soul and playful pup. She may be a little shy at first, but give her a moment and you’ll see her personality start to shine! She quietly watches you from a distance before happily coming over to be right by your side. Once she’s comfortable, she loves being near her people and will stick close like your little shadow. She has that fun puppy energy and loves to play; whether it’s romping around outside, tossing toys, or settling in with her favorite chew bones (her absolute favorite!). A home that can give her time to play, explore, and burn off that happy energy would be perfect for her. She’s kid-friendly and would do well with a family that understands she may need a little time to warm up, but once she does, she’s incredibly sweet and loyal. She’s also doing great with her routine, she sleeps in her crate all night and settles nicely after a few initial barks (just her way of saying “goodnight!”). She’s still learning the ropes with potty training and has had a few accidents, but she’s making steady progress and will thrive with consistency and encouragement. Ready for a playful, loyal companion who just wants to be near you? Come meet her! www.coloradopuppy.org/how-to-adopt
