Sadie is a 4MO adorable Mutt. Sadie and her 3 siblings were found abandoned on the side of the road in Texas. We are guessing she will be about 35-45lbs when full grown. We don't know how many of them there were originally, but unfortunately it's safe to assume there were others that didn't make it. Once they were rescued they were brought to a local vet to get the proper care and support they needed since they were emaciated and dehydrated. Once sadie and her siblings were healthy and stable, they made their way to our rescue here in CO where we are hoping they find families of their very own. Here is what Sadie's foster Momma has to say about her: "This little pup is a bit shy at first but with treats and a few good belly rubs she’ll become your best friend! Once she’s comfortable with you, she won’t leave your side! Sadie’s a quick learner and is very treat motivated. She’s already learned sit and is doing really well with potty training. She sleeps through the night in her crate. We highly recommend having a crate for her at her new home. While she’d love to sleep with you, she has a very positive tie to her crate and we can tell it’s a place of security for her. Sadie is incredibly sweet and does well with other dogs. We’re working on walking a leash but she's doing great so far! She is loving and snuggly and it's been so fun to watch her learn how great humans and life can be when she isn't trying to survive on the side of the road." Meet Capri, the sunshine dog! Capri is the sweetest pup you’ll ever meet. She absolutely loves people and has a warm, loving personality that makes her a joy to be around. When meeting new dogs, Capri can be nervous and may snap out of fear. She needs slow, patient introductions and time to feel comfortable. Once she gets used to another dog, she tends to relax and let go of some of her anxiety. She would do best with a dog who respects her space and isn’t constantly in her face. Capri enjoys getting outside for walks, and we’re currently working on improving her leash manners. She does very well with house training and rarely has accidents indoors, except occasionally when she has an upset stomach. Angle is a 4.5 Year Old Great Dane/Smooth Coated Collie Mix. She loves playing with other dogs and ignores cats, unless they want to play. She loves her people and even though she loves playing with other dogs, she really wants her human all to herself. Wanda is the perfect combo - the legs of a giraffe, ears of a fox, and fur highlights any hairdresser would be proud of. She is a sweet, sweet soul who is still learning to trust and settle in. She is a little uncertain of other people and dogs on walks but LOVES praise and looks to you for guidance. While she is really good at hanging while we work, or being lazy when we are, we know she's got some energy in there! We think she'd do great in an active home - whether that be going on runs, or hikes, or maybe even a medal winning agility dog if she aims high. We think she would thrive in a house with another dog sibling to show her the ropes. She becomes so playful once she has warmed up to another dog, and becomes much more confident with a buddy by her side. She immediately loved the visitors we've had to our house and we get full body wiggles and whines of excitement when we leave the room even just for a second and come back. She's a lover! Wanda is getting braver and more confident each day, and her puppy continues to come out! She could spend all day outside, watching the squirrels and birds, sniffing flowers and rolling in the grass. Potty training is a work in progress but we have already seen improvements. She has been sleeping in her crate at night and whining in the morning when she needs to get out. We have yet to see her use the bathroom on a leash however - she's stubbornly good at holding it and likes her privacy, so she consistently goes to a certain spot in our yard. She's very food motivated and responsive to any redirecting her away from things, especially for a puppy who is curious about everything! Don't you Wanda bring her home?! ##2841948##

I get scared when other dogs approach me too fast especially when they’re off leash and I’m not, so please introduce me to other animals slowly and build my trust. Kids and humans are great by me, especially when they let me lick their faces. As an older dog, Tessa prefers personal space and doesn't want other dogs running up in her face. Dingo has the sweetest personality! He does not pull on walks, although he does want to stop and smell everything in his path until he gets used to walking on the same path. Always curious and cautious on all the new things he is experiencing, he tends to be a bit shy until he learns more of the world, and people around him. It doesn't seem to take long until he is comfortable with his surroundings and his people. Dingo loves to play fetch! He will bring the ball back to you so you wont have to chase him. He enjoys trying to play with the rabbits and squirrels to no avail. He does have a decent energy level so he may be happy with a playmate to have fun with. He is potty trained. He will go outside and has never had an accident in my house. I have left him in the house without being in his crate, and I would come home to find him happy to see me and no damage! He will go in his crate but he prefers to be anywhere you are. His toys are in his crate, till he takes them out, so he knows it is a safe place for him and his toys. He likes to chew his toys, and loves his Kong with kibble and peanut butter in it. He knows Sit, Stay, Off, No, he will gladly come when you call him, and we are still working on "Shake". He is eager to please, and he is still progressing on learning some commands. He loves to be pet, and belly rubs. And if he likes what you are watching, he will watch TV with you! Cuddles are his favorite. Dingo has not shown any aggression with me. If you have kids, bring them to meet Dingo so they can get to know each other. It may be love at first sight! Dingo will make a wonderful family member, and he would love to have a loving, caring, and fun forever family! ##2834812##
