Dino is such a fun pup! He`s sure to benefit from an active guardian that gives him lots of opportunities for exercise and enrichment. He can be a bit exuberant when meeting other dogs, so we are requiring a doggie meet-and-greet if entering a multi-dog home. Additionally, due to some observed guarding over his food bowl, HSBV will only rehome him to a family either without children or with children over the age of 10.

Meet Ronda!Ronda is a sweet, playful gal who may be a little shy at first—but give her a few days, and she’ll blossom into your new best friend. She’s an active pup who loves to run around and is learning to play fetch (though sometimes she gets so excited she forgets to bring the toy back!). Ronda is adjusting wonderfully to life outside the shelter. She’s mostly potty trained and will let you know when she needs to go out, but if she can’t hold it, she’ll use potty pads. She gets so excited to play outside that she sometimes needs a gentle reminder that it’s also potty time. Walks are still a little intimidating for her, but with patience and encouragement, she’s learning that they can be fun. Ronda is a Kelpie mix, though on the smaller side—she may even have some Chihuahua in her. No matter her mix, she’s a lovable, playful companion who is eager to bond with her forever family. She would do best in a home without young children. Slow introductions to other dogs are best, and while she’s still figuring out cats, she knows to leave them alone when told. Ronda can’t wait to meet her perfect match. Come see her at an adoption event—she just might steal your heart! ##2461439##

Lila has done amazing crate training. She is happy to be crated by herself overnight and has started recognizing her crate to be her safe spot. She has only been potty training for approximately two weeks and has had multiple accident free days in a row.  She is so smart and has picked up on new games and training so quickly. She loves to play especially with her teething toys and has found all the good hiding spots to play hide and seek with her foster siblings. Once nighttime rolls around she’s a cuddle bug and wants to be near you until it’s time to be kenneled overnight.  ##2595284##
