Story
Reported good with other dogs, cats and kids Introducing Trixie, our 5-month-old Collie mix dynamo! Trixie has brought an explosion of energy and excitement into our lives, and we wouldn't have it any other way! Here's a glimpse into our adventurous journey with this spirited pup: High Energy Galore: Trixie is the epitome of puppy exuberance! She's a whirlwind of energy and curiosity, always on the move. We've learned the hard way that leaving her unsupervised even for a minute can result in some unexpected casualties (RIP iPhone charging cable and reading glasses ). Toys, beware, because Trixie and her buddy Rexy are a force to be reckoned with! House Training Progress: Trixie is making strides in her house training journey. She's doing her part by giving us signals when she needs to go, mostly by heading to the door. It's usually our fault when accidents happen; her puppy instincts often take over. Crate Training Prodigy: Except for the first night, Trixie has been a superstar with her crate training. She sleeps through the night like a champ, giving us all the rest we need! Food Motivation Extraordinaire: Trixie's appetite for learning is rivaled only by her appetite for treats! She's highly food motivated, which we think will make training a breeze. A stark contrast to her buddy Rexy, who's a bit more stubborn. Hound-Style Communication: Sometimes, Trixie speaks in the language of hounds with her distinctive "Woo-hoo" calls. It's music to our ears! Cat Curiosity: Trixie is curious about our feline friend but hasn't gone into full chase mode. Our cat knows how to find the high ground for safety! Quick Transformation: Trixie started off a bit shy, but it only took about 10 minutes for her true personality to shine through. She's a social butterfly at heart! Puppy Playtime: Trixie absolutely adores playing with her canine pals. Whether it's a game of fetch or some good old wrestling, she's all in for the fun! ‍ We're excited to see Trixie grow and learn alongside our family, and we can't wait to share more of her incredible adventures and milestones. Stay tuned for updates on our lively Collie mix pup! ##1809460##

Story
Meet our sweet little Tater.  Tater has soulful eyes, very soft ears, and a gentle happy go-lucky nature. He is sweet with cats, loves children and wants to cuddle in your lap. He is relatively laid back for a puppy, not hyper. He gets along well with other dogs, but does bark when first meeting them. He walks well on a leash, is crate trained and is working on house-training with a outdoor potty schedule. He loves to chew on squeaky, fluffy toys, and chew bones, and is highly treat motivated.  We are not sure of his breed but we are guessing some lab and collie.  He is appro 4 months old and we do not think he will be a very big boy.  If you want to meet him, fill out an application. Interested in adopting this pet?Click here for BCAA's on-line Application! PLEASE NOTE: Our adoption fee helps to cover our expenses and includes all shots, *age appropriate*, distemper and rabies, fecal check, spay/neuter, heartworm test, grooming, and in many cases dental and also the fee we pay when we rescue from a shelter. Story
Aspen is the sweetest most stunning dog ever - like a large wolf. She is gentle and affectionate, but very playful and bouncy, and very clingy, in a good way. She was taken out of a terrible situation, with several dogs in a nasty outdoor area, yet she is great in the house and so eager to please. She is very goofy and loves to woo-woo! Aspen is truly an incredible dog. She is about 2 years old and 85 lbs - a very big girl with lots of playful energy. Aspen is good with everyone she meets and great with other dogs and cats. We just cannot say enough good things about this wonderful dog. Aspen was recently treated for mild HW and is doing great. A must meet, for she will steal your heart for sure. (IF YOU DO NOT GET A REPLY EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS, CHECK YOUR SPAM BOX AND SEND US YOUR PHONE NUMBER, FOR WE REPLY EVERY FEW HOURS TO EMAILS) PREGNANT DOG RESCUE/LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER is a private, in home, all breed rescue facility, specializing in pregnant dogs, moms with newborns, and small or medium adult dogs (we take in pregnant dogs, we do not adopt out pregnant dogs).  We exist only on the kindness of your donations and adoptions!  (We often have puppies and moms not listed on the site, for they might be too young at the moment to list, so please, contact us to be sure of our available pups!)  We pride ourselves on being an HOLISTIC center and feed only holistic foods and various vitamins and supplements to all of our dogs. PREGNANT DOG And ALL BREED RESCUE/LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER puppies are well socialized, very friendly, and in wonderful health. Our Puppies are current on vaccines, wormed, and extremely well cared for from birth - most even know how to use a dog door by the time they leave us!  They are friendly and social and very affectionate!  We stand by our pups/dogs, and give 10 days for a refund and almost always take our dogs back at any age of their lives (often depends on dog)! PDR/LMAC has an application screening process.  All applicants are asked to provide vet references, personal references, and a home visit.  We pride ourselves in matching up the right dog with the right home.  Sometimes this happens quickly and sometimes it might take awhile.  We hope you understand and are willing to wait for the perfect pup for your situation. We reserve the right to turn applicants down and to change our mind about a suitable match, for we are only concerned about what is best for our dogs.  Also note that we arrange our visiting hours around your schedule, as this is a private, in home facility.  We respond to all inquiries promptly, so if you have any trouble sending us an email, or have not heard back from us within 24 hours, please, CONTACT US AGAIN and check your spam!  (We all know how emails can be at times!) Our dogs are spayed or neutered (if old enough), up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm and Lyme tested, and free of fleas and ticks.  We temperament test our  dogs and they are all suitable for many family situations. Our dogs are well mannered, know some basic commands, and are usually housebroken within a week of being with us (if old enough).  They are in our family/home situation at this time (not in kennels or crates, although most are crate trained) and are worked with daily.  All of our dogs do well with other dogs and many do well with cats. Adoption donations vary with age, breed, vetting, and training of the dog, and range from $250 to $595 (most being $595).  (We do not tend to place puppies or small dogs with kids under 6 and reserve the right to match who WE feel would be the best homes for our dogs.)  October 1, 2023, 8:21 pm

Story
Mojo was found as a stray and we made every effort to find his owners but to no avail. He is an Aussie mix and of course with the breed comes high activity. I will say that he loves his down time though! He is NOT an apartment dog. He needs a good sized fenced yard. He is not great in a crowd of dogs but will do well with a sister or brother to play with. He hasn't been tested with cats so we don't know about that. The vet believes his age to be about 6 years. He's neutered, vaccinated, crate trained and heart worm negative. He is more than ready for his forever home! ADOPTION FEE $400 PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE LOCATED IN TENNESSEE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MEET OUR PETS PRIOR TO ADOPTION!

Story
This precious girl came from one of the worst hoarding situations that we have ever dealt with. there were over 100 dogs on the property, none of them spayed or neutered. Finally, the authorities went in and they managed to get ALL of the dogs out of there. Filthy dirty situation, sick puppies, you name it. We choose to take Blossom home to our rescue because her eyes were begging us for love and attention. She was very pregnant and two weeks after arriving, she gave birth to 7 heathy puppies! Every single puppy was different, every singe puppy had a different daddy! We think that Blossom had never been paid any attention to because she was so shy. Once we weaned her babies we took her out of the nursery and into the house where she just blossomed! That's how she got her name! Her puppies have long since been adopted and now it's her turn. We actually did a DNA on her and it came back with 4 different breeds, which we kind of figured from the beginning. Australian Cattle Dog, Labrador Retriever, Pit Bull, Boxer. Yes, she is truly a "Mutt!: She is extremely smart and will do anything for a treat. I want her to have a nice fenced yard with lots of room to run. Cattle dogs are working dogs and they need lots of exercise! She is spayed, crate trained, fully vaccinated, microchipped and house broken, truly a gem! Ready for immediate transport. ADOPTION FEE $400 PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE LOCATED IN TENNESSEE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MEET OUR PETS PRIOR TO ADOPTION!

Story
Blue Merlin is true blue to his Blue Heeler breed traits. He is all about being in charge and knowing where he is headed in life. This 2-3 year old boy is 40 pounds and a very loyal companion once you earn his trust.  Smart dogs don’t give their hearts to just anyone.  They want an owner to be smarter and as focused in life as they are.  Blue Merlin loves to have you get that leash out and go on adventurous walks He is housebroken, fine in the house uncrated for the day and he loves running around the fenced yard and playing with other dogs and having the time of his life.  He was part of an Amish breeder colony a few months ago and they decided he was not to be a stud anymore and gave him up to a woman who is a traveling nurse who didn't have a consistent home life for him.  has been around cats and wants them to play and if they don't ....he will bark at them for sport but NEVER hurts one. The Blue Heeler breed is so very focused on their people and Merlin is totally concerned that he meet your every need for the day.  He is the perfect PAL in life.  He is all about love and getting your attention and praise.  He has lots of love waiting for the right someone and there will never be a smarter dog that you will own than Blue Merlin.  Please email us at ccrnewengland@gmail.com if you are interested.   PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.October 1, 2023, 11:13 pm
