Story
Meet Wintermint, a sweet and sensitive boy with a gentle soul and a heart full of potential. While he may be shy when meeting new people, those who earn his trust are rewarded with a loving, playful companion whose personality shines a little brighter every day. Wintermint absolutely adores other dogs and truly comes alive in their company. He takes comfort in having canine friends around, looks to them for guidance, and would thrive in a home with another confident dog to help show him the ropes. Whether he’s playing with his buddies or exploring the yard, being outdoors is one of his favorite things. Wintermint is a naturally timid dog who can be startled by loud noises, unfamiliar environments, and new experiences. Because of this, he is looking for a patient, understanding family that will allow him to move at his own pace as he learns to feel safe and secure. He has begun working on leash walking in quieter areas and is making progress, but he will need continued encouragement and confidence-building as he navigates the world around him. The family who gives Wintermint the time and support he needs will have the privilege of watching him blossom. Beneath his cautious exterior is a sweet, loving dog who wants nothing more than to feel safe, have fun with his canine friends, and enjoy life by your side. With patience, kindness, and another dog to help guide him, Wintermint has all the makings of a devoted companion and loyal best friend. Wintermint is fostered in Reading (Berks County), Pennsylvania and is ready to join a family! www.mostlymuttz.org Link to Wintermint’s bio: https://www.wagtopia.com/search/pet?id=2676422&name=Wintermint #mostlymuttzrescue #adoptabledogs #adoptme ##2676422##

Story
Hi, I’m Honeybee! I came from a large hoarding case, so new people and unfamiliar places can still be a little overwhelming at first, but every day I continue to grow more confident. I’m a sweet, playful girl who absolutely loves other dogs and even gets along wonderfully with cats. My favorite things are going on walks, playing with my dog friends, exploring on outings, and curling up for cuddles after a fun day. I can be selective about new people and need a little extra time to decide they're my friends, but once I feel comfortable, my loving personality shines through. I walk beautifully on leash and would thrive in a patient home—especially one with another playful dog to help me continue building confidence. If you’re willing to let me warm up at my own pace, you’ll gain a loyal, affectionate companion who’s ready to enjoy all of life’s adventures with you. 3159 Susquehanna Trail N York PA 17406 Kennel #3537

Story
Hi, I’m Noelle! I came from a large hoarding case, so people and new experiences are still a little scary for me, but every day I grow a little braver. I’m a quiet, gentle girl who prefers to take things at my own pace. You’ll often catch me curiously following you around the house—especially if you’re headed toward the shower or the fridge! I love watching what my people are doing, even if I pretend I’m not paying attention. I’m learning that people can be pretty wonderful, especially if they come with whipped cream or canned cheese—those are definitely the way to my heart! I enjoy walks, love having a cozy crate where I feel safe, and gain confidence from being around other dogs. I’m looking for a patient family who will let me blossom in my own time. With love, understanding, and a few tasty treats, I know I’ll become a loyal and wonderful companion. 3159 Susquehanna Trail N York PA 17406 Kennel #:3537

Story
Hi, I’m Louie! I came from a large hoarding case, so the world can still feel a little overwhelming sometimes, but every day I grow more confident and comfortable. Once I feel safe, my sweet personality shines through—I’m affectionate, playful, and love giving kisses to my favorite people. I enjoy the best of both worlds: long walks, exploring, puzzle toys, and playing with other dogs, but I’m also perfectly happy curling up on the couch for a relaxing evening. I’ve done wonderfully with dogs of all sizes, am indifferent to cats, and warm up to new people with a little patience and space. As a smart Collie mix, I love having both physical exercise and mental enrichment to keep me engaged. I may need a little time to adjust to a new home, but once I trust you, I’ll be your loyal companion and best friend. My foster family says I have so much love to give—and they’re absolutely right. 3159 Susquehanna Trail N York PA 17406 Kennel #3537

Story
Hi, I’m Boswell! I came from a large hoarding case, so the world is still a pretty new place to me. When I first arrived in foster care, I was very timid and unsure, but every day I’m becoming a little braver. I may not be ready for lots of pets just yet, but I love being close to my people and quietly watching everything they do. My favorite thing is going for walks—I stay right by your side and enjoy exploring at my own pace. I’m crate trained, house trained with a consistent routine, and get along well with other dogs and even cats. I’m a smart boy who just needs a calm, patient family willing to let me build trust at my own speed. As my foster says, I improve a little every single day, and with kindness and understanding, I know I’ll continue to blossom into a wonderful companion. 3159 Susquehanna Trail N York PA 17406 Kennel #3537
